Whatever the tell you in how long it will take, double it. There are always excuses… people out sick, yada, yada, yada. If you have all the time in the world… consider them. Otherwise… stay away.

What a NIGHTMARE. Never ever ever has there been a more unprofessional and dishonest company to work with. We paid for our drapery in Feburary 2014 for installation in April 2014. The date is now July 27, 2015 — yes you read that right, 2015 — and our drapes are STILL NOT INSTALLED. We have heard excuse after excuse, lie after lie. The dye lot wasn’t right. The length wasn’t right. The manufacturer screwed up. You name it, she did it. Robin has had our money for 18 months and has been completely incapabale of installing our drapery. And all the while she has had the audacity to YELL AT US at times. I cannot stress enough what a HUGE mistake it would be if you hire this awful excuse for a company. 0 stars.

Unfortunately, a zero star is not available so a 1 is the only one I could give. It’s been 3 months and I STILL do not have the curtains that I paid for. I gave them a 50% deposit on labor. Robin may be good at what she does but I cannot speak to that. Caveat emptor.

Stay away! Window treatments ordered for our condominium clubhouse were late by about 6 months. They were incorrect. Promises were made to redo them as ordered. That was another 6 months ago. Nothing. Consistently being lied to by owner. Paid in full to the tune of around $ 8,000. Can’t even comprehend how they stay in business. Lawyers next step…
6÷3÷15. Now it is one year and still no progress. Even getting a callback is not happening. Lots of promises and lies but no action. Lots of excuses. One year and counting to fix a problem they caused.
Now it is August 19, 2015. Still no progress. More lies and excuses.

I have used BB Workroom on more than one occasion for rocking chairs, bar stools and a bench. Although once it did take longer than promised (by about two weeks) on the other pieces they were actually ready before they were originally promised. I think it is a small business and they often get backed up with too many orders, but the quality of the work was good, as was the reasonable pricing, and I plan to use them again and would recommend them to people.
