I was looking for a dentist as we are new to this area. The lady who answered the phone put me on hold told me she was directing me to the pediatric section. She was not interested in getting new clients for this dental office. How can you put someone on hold if you know the person you are speaking to is a new client? It seems obvious this person Kathy or Becky was not interested in accepting new client for this dental clinic. The good review must be bogus.

I love Dr. Spoont. He is the best dentist in town. I started seeing his wife Dr. Annie at 5 years old and transferred into his care as an adult. All of his fillings lasted over 20 years! His work is superior. I love that he is honest and he does not try to fix what isn’t broken. Also his staff is friendly and professional.

Really liked this dental office. My son was less anxious than he normally is in a dental office which is a huge plus for me! The staff were all very friendly and inviting, almost like we’ve coming there for years. The Dr was very informative and thorough along with her assistant. They made sure I understood everything regarding my son’s treatment plan and helped alleviate my worries and I never felt rushed. They had a cool kids play corner in the area where treatment is performed that had iPads so my son was in heaven! They also have TV’s playing kids movies in the exam room, great idea! Will definitely refer them to my family and friends.

I am so glad I found Dr. Galvez. She was my second opinion for my 4 year old son.
I went to Dr. Jackie because my son’s first dentist said he needed $ 1200 of dental work including a baby root canal all under general anesthesia.
Dr. Jackie did the filling under nitrous for $ 45. Same insurance and same child. And he didn’t have to go under General anesthesia.
Beautiful office. Nice staff.
I am so happy I found her!

Dr. Jackie is the best. I’ve been bringing my children to her for a couple of years and this is by far the best dentist. She has treated them with such care and is fully aware of their feelings. My children have had some extensive work done and Dr. Jackie has been able to keep them positive about going to the dentist. Also, I’m very impressed with the level of technology they employ in the office. State of the art technology. I highly recommend Dr. Jackie and this office.

From the moment you make an appointment to the day you arrive for your appointment the office staff is courteous, friendly, and conscientious by sends out reminders of your appointment. Dr. Spoont and the dental hygienist, Gail explain what they are going to do before they work on you. Whether it is for a regular yearly check up or a routine cleaning the professionalism of the office is most apparent.
