My boyfriend and I found this trail on Unilocal and headed over to check it out. We needed to kill some time in between activities in the area. We had a lot of fun and only walked the trail once. Like the others said, it’s no-frills just the trail.

would agree with Jennifer completely. perfect for what it is me and my dog were out there for 30 mins and walked the complete loop. had a good time. pretty peaceful, didn’t see anyone else out there. i nice place to get away for a minute, walk and think.

I needed a new place to run with the pup and my fellow Unilocaler friend and neighbor Glenn G. suggested I check out Blazing Star Nature Preserve. It’s a simple one mile loop that has a couple cut throws’ that will shorten the walk/run if you choose not to go the full one mile. I like that the terrain isn’t paved and goes from grass to sand/dirt because it adds to the work out if you are running like me. If you just want a nice casual walk with a little nature to surround you then this is a good place too. There is NOTHING else to this park. You just pull up, park, walk/run the trail in a loop and that’s it. Nothing special but perfect for what it is.
