Blind Broker

I called for an estimate, and a technician came over the next day. I also visited the showroom and talked with a women named Rona. She was amazing and found the right blinds for us. When my blinds and window treatments came in, the blind broker called me to set up an install time that worked for me. They came and installed everything as I ordered. The technicians were very clean and courteous at time of install. They are all amazingly friendly and professional. And the prices were reasonable! What more could you ask for? I will definitely refer my friends.

Installers did not care if I could not open my windows after installation of plantation shutters.
When I called the company to complain, their solution was to have me come in and bring the window cranks so they could source some different cranks. After spending thousands for shutters, they could have done the installation correct. I specifically asked the question of window opening to the sales guy that came out. He said“no problem” After paying 50% deposit, the consumer is in a tough spot because if you are unhappy, how do you get your deposit back? I understand that the company has to buy the material, but I’m so tired of dealing with companies that are mediocre at best.
I did go to home depot and buy some cranks that work ok at best, but I still have 1 window that cannot be opened because they mounted the frame too close to the window.
This was an instance that I would rather suffer inconvenience than let installers that really don’t care back into my house. There are many choices for buying plantation shutters.
It’s the install that sets a good company apart.

Excellent company. They showed me things i didn’t see elsewhere and were able to put beautiful Plantation Shutters where two other companies didn’t know how! Great service. Very happy.
