Stay away!!! Tried to sell my 81 year old mom a new unit when a reputable ac guy fixed it in 30 min for $ 80. Quoted 100 then 80 for freon when Wayne Maloy charged $ 20. And despite the fact that my mom had been a good customer for many years and had just renewed a $ 300 per year service contract.

In Florida we will experience a/​c problems which are Urgent when the a/​c breaks.
I know and understand most a/​c companies are geared around installing a «new box» (meaning a new a/​c unit)
Most local companies and the brands they sell, rely on the manufacturer for warranty services.
In my recent a/​c outage, Boca Air was able to restore multiple parts, that died, under warranty, with no major hassle.
I bought this unit from Joe, the Son of the Owner, and they lived up to their promises.
A few sweaty days, but they got the manufacturer to live up to their warranty.
I like that.
