I bought 20 yards of an expensive fabric (paid $ 625) that looked horrible when I got it home and laid it out next to my other furnishings. The little baby sample they give you (was told «no bigger than a dollar bill») looked fine, but the pattern was so overwhelming when I brought home the bolt.
I was willing to pay a restocking fee and even get a store credit. Nope, they do nothing.
They just want the sale and truly don’t have any customer care.

No one will answer the phone in the Workshop. I have been calling all week.
When you call the store and ask them about it — they say they cant help and are separate and are of no help.
