Boca Med Spa

From now on I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My first 3 visits all started from a Groupon I purchased 1 ½ years ago for Microdermabrasion. It didn’t stop there. I have also had treatments of Dermapen /​Collagen Induction. My skin has never looked better. Monica, is professional and takes great pride in providing the best service without up selling anything you don’t need. Thank you!

I was referred by my friend Nancy for acne scarring. The place is clean with nice ambiance. Staff is friendly and professional. Monica took good care of me. She performed an assessment on my scarring and recommended 5 derma pen treatment. The procedure resulted in redness for few days. I had fraxel laser treatment done a year ago but I had breakout from it and thought it was pointless. But with the derma pen my pores are significantly smaller and my acne scars are not as deep. I received good compliments from family and friends. I am very happy with the results and would recommend Boca Med Spa to my family and friends.

Boca Med Spa has done a remarkable job on my skin. I have had troubled skin for years and they have reversed my problems. I always get compliments on how great my skin looks. I break out less and I have more balanced skin. I have to thank them for using the right products and having medical grade products at hand. This does not compare to a «regular facial». I have recommended friends here as well. Thanks Boca Med Spa.

I am giving 2 stars instead of one solely out of respect for the esthetician who was kind and courteous compared to front desk woman. While I thought she did an okay job w/​my facial even though she did minimal extractions when specifically stated I wanted to concentrate on extractions, the most alarming were her recommendations which were the opposite of what my professional derm has always recommended. She suggested I use retin A as eye cream when my derm has always always warned me to keep it away from my eye area bc skin there is too sensitive. She also tried to sell me on a myriad of products which a) were a brand ive never even heard of and Im pretty well versed in beauty products and b) I made clear I had my own derm recommended regimen already.
Anyways the horrific part came with dealing with the front desk woman which I was told by the esthetician was the owner. She was the epitome of shady + unprofessional-​ism.
Beware: prices aren’t on paper anywhere– I asked for a service menu w/​pricing when I arrived after being told on the phone it wasnt available online, and there was no such thing. So I had to spend 12 mins trying to remember services I’ve gotten done in the past so I could receive a verbal price quote from her. Mind you, she changed the pricing she quoted me for microdermabrasion twice. Then again I dont expect her to remember what she says when she’s clearly pulling prices out of thin air. The kicker was that all along she seemed to be getting more annoyed with me and made her annoyance very clear by being short w/​me and borderline rude as I asked her to repeat prices.
I will never go back there or recommend to anyone. People who do business like this shouldn’t be in business at all.

Absolutely love this place ! I have been coming here for well over a year — year and a half. Monica and Britt are great ! I have been going to Britt for well over a year and she is awesome ! I have learned a lot about skincare, the products and what works best with my skin. Britt is very detailed in explaining what’s going on while you’re under her care and asks questions to help you understand what type of skin you have and what products you should be using. She is outgoing and super friendly.
Boca Med Spa is reasonably priced and their product line that they carry is really great ! I am a return user of their products and highly recommend them. The Spa is very comfortable and has an airy/​light feeling to it. If you’re looking for that all day spa style, this isn’t the place. But I can assure you it’s one of the best I have been to, Fancy or not ! I am able to get a facial, microderm, and/​or a light chemical peel during my lunch hour and head back to work.
I’m thankful I have found this place and they have really educated me on my skin and grooming tips to make it easier when I can’t get there for my regular «cleansing» of a facial. Thank you so much Boca Med Spa !

Just had a microdermabrasion & peel with Monica… I read a few reviews that seemed unhappy with her. I thought she was great… spent time giving me information about my skin and various treatments… I learned a lot and my derma & peel were wonderful. I went they’re on a Groupon deal as well… now I wished if bought the three for deal… but I’ll go back at their deal because I was very happy!

I have been getting facials for years with little to no results. When my daughter got engaged I knew I needed to do something different. Thank goodness for a Microabrasion/​peel groupon offer that lead me to Boca Med Spa. The ladies there are wonderful I love them all. They worked together and decided on a plan of action to get my face «Camera Ready». Thanks to their efforts a few peels a few micro pens a few fake lashes I not only felt beautiful on my daughter’s big day, but I am no longer wearing makeup!!! That has been a goal of mine for about 25+ years… I can not recommend Boca Med Spa enough.

After getting micro/​facial treatments else where and nothing working I came to Boca Med Spa. A friend had recommended them to me. I can honestly say I’ve never seen my skin so beautiful. I have been getting Chemical peels, Micro derma, and facials and it has completly changed my skin. I used to have bad acne and scars and now my face looks and feels smoother than ever. I go once a month now and have already sent over a few friends that had great experiences as well. I would recommend Boca Med Spa to all of my friends, famil, anyone.
