Broken Sound Club

Last weekend was not our first event at the Broken Sound but working with Lorant Botha, the Catering Executive was. He was very friendly and professional. This allowed our services to be provided with such ease. He was available to assist with any requests that I and the wedding party may have had.

I attended a wedding reception here in January and this place was absolutely gorgeous!
As I walked into the building, I noticed that it was dimly lit, giving off a warm and intimate feeling. In the lounge area just past the entrance, there were tables set up for hors d’oeuvres and also chairs and couches to relax on before the actual reception.
If this wasn’t enough, I walked through the back doors onto the patio and was just amazed by the view. Being that it is in South Florida, there were palm trees everywhere surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Even the patio furniture was nice and comfortable!
The catering staff was on point the whole evening. During cocktail hour, they came around multiple times offering different hors d’oeuvres and even offered to bring drinks. During the dinner reception, they were always nearby if you needed something. The whole staff was very polite and friendly.
I can’t remember too much about how dinner tasted but what I do remember is that the dessert was amaaazingly delicious! They had an apple pie tart and sorbet with fresh fruit served in an almond shell! Best apple pie dessert I think I’ve ever tasted! Dessert was so good that I think I ate mine and then some!
