Contrary to some of the older reviews I have had a very positive experience buying some outside furniture from Carls. We bought some really quality furniture a year ago and we love it.
A week or so ago I noticed a small amount of rust developing on the frame of one of the chairs and emailed Carls a photo. Within the week they delivered a brand new replacement chair!
One usually finds out what a company is really like when you have a problem and I really appreciated it and complimented the team at Carls on their great service.
Such a pleasure not to have to follow up and to have service on time as promised and not only when the sale is being made.

OMG — what a horrible disaster. I’ve spent more than $ 12K with this company and they haven’t honored their promises. I had two massive outside umbrellas delivered today and they just threw them on the couch and wouldn’t install them. They didn’t even try to install one of them. Now I’m out a lot of money and have these non-​returnable items just sitting wrapped in plastic doing me no good at all.
I am certain that they don’t care about these reviews, you can see the other bad reviews as an indication. I’m not going away quietly, these guys have a lot of my money and haven’t done what they promised (installation) when they sold it to me. If I have to sue them, I will.

TERRIBLE customer service at this place. Does not honor warranties or anything else. We bought some patio furniture here and it is already falling apart — bad-​quality products and they are trying to do everything possible to avoid replacing the furniture or otherwise honoring their customer agreement. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I was serviced by a lovely women named Valerie. She was very helpful but still let me browse without feeling «pressured». Most of the staff was men and I felt intimated by them. She was a great breath of fresh air and made me comfortable making my selection. The store is a bit more expensive, but I knew that walking in. They had just what I needed.
