I have never shopped at a consignment store before, but my experience with the owner of Coocblue was phenomenal. She was kind and sweet, as well as compassionate in her services in making sure that I was fully satisfied with my purchase.
And yes sometimes she is not there, but I am sure her life does not revolve around being at the store at all times. She does have other responsibilities to attend to, but there is always someone there if she isn’t. (this is in reference to a negative response posted).
The store has reasonably priced goods and is well organized. She is beautiful inside out…
