I hired Databerry to design and create my website in January 2014. The site was expertly executed in a very timely manner. The support provided during the design process was invaluable. I hired Databerry in September 2014 to design an app. The app was to be completed within 3 – 7 months. The timing of the app release was critical and Developer Jared Haggerty assured me that it would be done, and within budget. The app has not been completed and is 6 months behind schedule. Not only does he outsource the work but his development team doesn’t have a clue. They made so many mistakes that they’re on version #52! They started to charge me hourly for his incompetence. Charging me an additional $ 22,000 and even telling me that the website wasn’t included in the App, charging me an additional $ 10,000. This company is a total RIPOFF. Jared is too busy to call his customers back, and will not promptly answer your questions or concerns. Do not use this company.
