I am echoing the previous comments. I have never experienced such rude and unfriendly service. Avoid this place and travel just a bit north to the D&D on 441… friendly and happy service!

Three words,“Anywhere but here” Six more words,“This place needs to be restaffed” this place appears dirty and the art of good customer service has been some what lost when entering this establishment

Rude, dirty. Also dropped my bag on the floor and then tried to use it until I stopped him. Go to the one on glades instead

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The staff is so rude, untrained and unsanitary. The first time I went there the girl made my sandwich with ONEGLOVEON!!! She had LONGBLUEFAKENAILS! i threw it away, waste of $ 4. I just went in this morning, they made me repeat my order of 1 coffee 4 times as if I didn’t say it clear enough the first time. They even gave me attitude when asking me over and over. They weren’t that busy. I wish there was another Dunkin around but I made up my mind I’m just going to go to Starbucks from now on.

Review from a family member(06/19/2013): Today I placed an order for bagels and donuts. What the server did next was appalling: He took a bag, dropped it on the floor picked it up and used it anyway. The floor was not clean and when I hinted at my dismay, I was ignored. In addition, my daughter observed flies on the donuts and though I know this can’t be completely helped, dropping a bag on the floor and using it anyway CAN be avoided. I called to talk to a manager and was told the manager was on vacation until July 1st, which might explain the lapses in basic common sense food handling. Food safety is obviously not a priority at this franchise. The woman«in charge» was monotone and indifferent and seemed unconcerned by what we had experienced. My impression is that the staff was lacking interest and proper training/oversight. I’m thinking, if the person helping me cared, he would not have used the contaminated bag but would have promptly discarded it and retrieved a new one. If this is allowed to happen right in front of a customer, I shudder to think what happens out of sight.
