I had a massage with Nancy and she was amazing! Very relaxing and focused on my problem areas. She was extremely nice and caring also. The girls at the front desk are very nice and friendly. I will be back :)

My masseuse was Isabel and it was great. I’ve been having lower back pain for a few days and she helped eliminate some of the pain and swelling. She went the extra mile to show me some stretches as well. Front desk staff was very professional and even called me the next day to see how I was feeling.

I went for the first time today. For me, this place was just okay. This is in no way a insult to my therapist. She was a wonderful and kind woman. However, I felt that what should have been a relaxing massage was a massage on speed. I guess I’m used to therapists that move their hands slower. She was super fast and choppy. Yes it felt good of course but it was sometimes painful. I prefer my previous place much better and I won’t be returning. Sorry…

I’ve been here twice now and both of my massages were AMAZING! Karen was so great– especially because I am new to getting massages and she adjusted the pressure to what I could handle as we went. I highly recommend Elements and will definitely be back!

Love this place. I always go with Selena, she really knows what she’s doing and she’s very sweet. Last time, I went with Yulia and she was great too. Ask for her if you want deep tissue massage. The prices are about the same as Massage Envy. They also do military discounts which I really appreciate.

The front office staff was great, but the therapist was creepy. The pressure he used was adequate, but the technique was awful. Fast movements, and sloppy. My eyes were open, and I couldn’t relax. I have had many many massages in my lifetime, and I have never felt so uncomfortable. He pulled up the sheet several times and was not concerned with discreteness. Usually the therapist will make sure you are always covered as they move your body around, or you flip over, he was not concerned with making sure I was covered at all! Weird overall experience! I would not go back.

This is by far the best massage establishment I have attended. The staff is extremely friendly and the ambiance is very soothing. I have used multiple masseuse and I always have an invigorating experience. There are several options and they are very accommodating. The owner is also very personable and attentive. Professionalism is definitely important and primary for this business.

Been here multiple times. Love the environment, clean, music, great smells, service. Very quiet corner lot location. Melissa has been great. Right around the corner from a lot of tech park/​exec offices. Great membership deal and too bad I’m going away from the area for a while, will come back when I am back!

Absolutely LOVE Elements. So convenient, peaceful and always an excellent relaxing massage! I started just buying a pack of massages but loved it so much I signed up for their membership. Frank is the best! Perfect amount of pressure!

I had never thought of massage until just over a year ago, and after enjoying Elements a few times I was hooked. I have used many different therapists at Elements and loved the experience every time! Compared to the competition, the price is great, the place is clean, and I feel welcome when I arrive. This is truly a great place for massage!

AMAZING massage! My therapist had been in the industry for YEARS and even taught massage for a while! Wow– talk about really knowing your stuff. I feel educated on how my body works now. Not to mention how I have no tension and pain in my upper back now. Great massage at a great value– You can’t beat this price for a quality massage that’s for sure.

Been all over getting massages from people who just decided to be a massage therapist.
This place has real therapist, that take the time to really understand your needs and work accordingly. They keep records on your progress so other therapist can pick up if needed.
Super friendly, easy to work with, and really really great massages.
I HATE about 95% of all massage I have ever gotten because it is just people barely taking the effort to rub you down.
So happy I found this place.

Do NOT buy a gift card from this location. I went yesterday to purchase a gift card for Christmas. I ended up getting sold their holiday buy one get one half off promotion. But on second thought today, I decided it wasn’t that great of a deal and wanted to return it. I went there today and the owner REFUSED to do the return. He said he does not take returns on gift cards. However, there was nothing he could show us in writing that says all sales are final or no returns on gift cards. I called my credit card company and am disputing the charges. What a horrible example of customer service! In the end, I am confident I’ll get my money back, but I would not suggest buying from here unless your 10 000% sure you’re going to use their services. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
