I tried my first ever facial at Faces365 with Alexis and couldn’t have been happier! I have combination skin with very clogged pores due to wearing full coverage makeup daily. Alexis was informative as well as serene and calming during the whole treatment. My skin was slightly red in the areas I have eczema but the next day my skin was smooth and clearer than I ever remember it. I can’t wait to go again and be pampered.

OK, I’ll admit it. I accompanied my fiancée to the spa and ended up doing some man-​tenance of my own. Very professional and knowledge staff who go out of their way to make guys feel comfortable — not out of place.

Today was my first experience at Faces 365 and it will not be my last. The staff was very professional and welcoming!
The spa is beautiful and very clean. Mallory did a fantastic job with my facial peel. I will definitely go back and would recommend to my friends.

This spa represents customer service at its finest. I am a spa snob, and frankly thought I would not enjoy Faces365 as much as the other ultra-​luxury spas in the area given its location in a strip mall. However, the quality of the treatments, products, and professionalism of the staff is far better than any spa I’ve been to.
Blow-​Outs: Lada and Flavia are amazing, and always blow out my hair exactly as I’d like it. They recommend great products that have done wonders for my hair. I purchased the blow-​out pack, which makes the service as cheap as if I were a member.
Facial: Mallory delivered one of the best facials I’ve had. She performed microdermabrasion, along with a great, aromatherapy facial for my sensitive skin. A pet peeve of mine is when a facial involves slapping on a mask and then having the staff leave you alone in the room. That doesn’t happen here. Instead, Mallory gave a neck and shoulder massage while the mask was working. My skin looks better than it has in months!
Front desk: Amira is a wonderful, caring person. She’s always quick to offer their delicious detox water, and always makes me feel welcome.
Pricing: The pricing at this spa is extremely competitive, even without purchasing the membership to get even more discounted pricing. They also accept SpaFinder gift cards, which is how I originally stumbled upon this spa. The quality of the services they provide is on par with Red Door, Eden Day Spa, The Breakers Spa and the Boca Resort (in my opinion), but at a fraction of the price.
The spa is quiet and relaxing, and the customer service is what truly sets this place apart from anywhere else. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spa experience.

This place is great! I came here on a Groupon and ended up buying a membership. I pay $ 60 a month and use it for massages, blow dry, waxing etc. Rose is great at massage. Lada is sweet and gives a great blow out :) the people are very nice that work here always offering me a drink and a piece of chocolate. Love my membership!

I had a membership here for a few months, and I came in five times all together. It seemed like a great price for the services that I need. All five times that I came in for an appointment, they were running at least 15 – 30 minutes behind. The very apologetic explanation would always be that the person in front of me was late. I spent a lot of time in the front of the business, just waiting. The massages that I received were not very good. I am pretty simple when it comes to stuff like this, and I don’t expect perfection, just an enjoyable massage. I would explain that I liked it a bit firm, and it would always end up being a surface massage with very little technique. I did have a microdermabrasion treatment once that I enjoyed very much. I ended up canceling my membership because the services were not great, and paired with a late start to my appointments EVERY time, it didn’t seem worth it to keep the membership.

My favorite hidden gem in Boca. Their blowouts are quick and inexpensive and their staff is so warm hearted. Wish I could make it here more often so I could become a member! Love them.

I was a bit hesitant for a microdermabrasion treatment but my girlfriend encouraged me and she was right! Was a real treat for me as I’m not a spa man at all. Alexis explained everything as she proceeded. Staff was really friendly too. A great experience!

Beautiful blow dry and curls! My hair looked beautiful for a great night! I’m trying out the membership. The staff is really friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this beautiful place that I will definitely be returning to often.

I rarely write reviews, but this place is so amazing! Faces365 is a one stop shop for all your beauty needs! I love that they only use top of the line products! Oh and they offer wine too, which is always a plus! Today was my second time coming in, (in one week) and I had a blowdry with Lada and a waxing service with Mallory. Mallory was so careful and precise! Lada’s blowdry was by far the best I’ve ever had… I get weekly blow outs so that says a lot. My hair is on the oily/​thin side and she found a way to make it so voluminous and bouncy! Everyone is super friendly (love the owner Barbara, such great positive energy) and really make you feel like an old friend. I wanted to try them out a few times before I committed to a membership, and needless to say, today I became a member. The membership prices are so affordable and the services they offer are really great. I hope this helps :)

I never ever post a review. However I had such a great experience I felt I had to share. Best blowout ever!!! Beautiful place, great service and very competitive pricing!!!

After I got a call from a spa I love canceling a facial appointment, I took to Unilocal to find a place with rave reviews. I don’t trust my face with just anyone! While Faces365 is not close to my house, based on the reviews it seemed like it may be worth the drive. Spoiler alert: it was!
Don’t let the location deceive you — it’s very nice inside! I was greeted immediately, filled out some paper work, and then I met my esthetician, Jamie. Jamie was very thorough and did a great job with my facial and eyebrow wax. My skin looked and felt great — just as great as my typical spa facial (and at half the price)!
I didn’t sign up for their membership, but I do intend to come back and see Jamie the next time I need a facial. I’ve already recommended Faces365 to multiple friends. I look forward to visiting again and trying out more of their services!

I found this place on groupon. I must say this was one of the best finds ever!!! I went in for a blow-​dry with Lada. It was one of the greatest bowdrys ever. She’s fantastic, way beyond my expectations.
I liked the place so much that I made an appointment for the following week for another blow dry and a facial. I had my facial with Mallory. She’s was awesome, I did the Yonka facial she went through every process she was doing and explained the process and answered all my questions. The membership pricing /​plans are a good deal for the level of service you get here.

This place is great. It just opened about a year ago. Just the design of the place shows the quality of work they do. I am a 19 year old and I get facials once in a while. When I came in the owner greeted me and asked me if I wanted a glass of water! I Will for sure be coming back to this welcoming place.

I work right next to this little hidden gem and I must say they offer the best assortment of services at such a great price that it’s hard to stay away! I had my first facial a week ago and I must say, my skin has never looked so flawless. I have extremely dry and sensitive skin and they had the right products to where it wouldn’t have any reaction to my skin being that I have been using retinal for years. Moving on to their blow out services, I have super kinky curls and they were able to give me those Marilyn Monroe curls I have always wanted! The ladies really know what they are doing! Lastly, their massage service is AAAAAA-​mazzzzzinggggggggg! If you have back problems and you are looking for a quick fix than this is the spot. Can’t say enough great things about this salon

I stumbled across Faces365 one day in desperate need of a massage. I am so glad I did! Rose clearly knows her stuff! I’ve been to many places in Boca, and I can honestly say that hands down, she is the best masseuse I have found (and also the sweetest!) I would refer anyone and everyone to Rose– she listens to your needs but really, you don’t have to tell her anything. She will find it. I will never go anywhere else. It’s probably a good thing that she only works on Fridays, otherwise I would be broke. Thanks Rose!!! :)

I found faces365 through Unilocal and I couldn’t be more happier! I had an introductory facial with Lisa and a quick blow out.
It was very clean. The ambiance was very relaxing. The staff was helpful and kind.
The facial was amazing and Lisa took care of all of the clogged pores/​blackheads! She was extremely attentive and made sure I was ok throughout the facial.
The blow dry was an added bonus. I can’t recall her name but she did an awesome job shampooing/​massaging my scalp! LOVED it!
I joined their monthly plan and can’t wait to go back next month!

My first choice of service at this spa… Brazilian wax with Jamie. She is so knowledgable, patient and gave me the best tip… to listen to music during the service. Ladies it really helped… listen to your favorite playlist and the process is more «enjoyable».
I can’t wait to come back and try all the other services they offer :-)

I just love this place! I started trying them out and now I am a member! Their customer service is top notch! Amy, Jamie, Jared, and everybody else will take such good care of you! They always do it with me.
This place has such an welcoming good vibe that you end up staying longer just hanging talking or they just add a complimentary service to you! Today had my waxing and got an eyebrow design complimentary. Last time Jared did my hair (gorgeous by the way!) and I got a marvelous complimentary make up with Lisa. I was so busy that day and I just mentioned that I didn’t have time to have lunch and Jared brought me a smoothie. How sweet!
So far I am a fan of their saloon bar services, make up, and waxing. I will try their other services and I am sure I will like them as well.
It is really nice to be at a spa where their staff is knowledgeable and down to earth all together! They have membership plans, and even corporate membership!
