I dropped off a phone to be repaired. The front screen was cracked. They said it would take a week to repair. When I arrived a week later to pickup I was told they broke the back screen in the process of fixing the front. They said they would need to order the part for the back and it would take another week. The man helping me was very rude and just kept saying these things happen. In the meantime I would have to use my phone with a shattered back. After leaving I noticed that the icons on the screen were jumping around. I advised the store and when the back glass came in they said they would now have to order a knew front glass because it was not installed properly causing the jumping. They said they have insurance for all of these issues and everything was covered. I waited an additional week. They also said I must leave my phone at the store until the parts arrived. I received a phone call from the shop on 12−30−15 from a very angry person who yelled at me that I was to pick up the phone and nothing was going to be repaired. I was screamed at and told that I was trying to defraud the business. I was not given the opportunity to ask questions or respond to such a unprofessional ludicrous statement. I went in and paid over 100 dollars for a front screen replacement and now weeks later have a phone with no front or back. That is once I go in to retrieve what’s left of my phone. I hope that anyone looking for electronic repair will go elsewhere in the future and this business will shut its doors.
