Fantastic experience, I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I had used flychina’s website several times to book tickets, the trips had always worked out fine but I didn’t have much contact with them. Then last month, I had to change my ticket and my son’s ticket from the US to China due to a death in the family. I called up
— the agent I dealt with absolutely wonderful. She helped me re-​book the ticket, reassured me, waived their company’s $ 75 re-​booking fee, and said she would even help me try to get the $ 200 airline change fee waived. Plus, she always picked up the phone when I called — and I called several times because I was so uptight given the emergency situation. Outstanding!
