Needed an emergency fridge and hit up Best Buy on Presidents Day. 2 overwhelmed guys on the floor and an angry mob of customers I bolted. Went to HH Gregg, warmly greeted and efficiently helped by Kerry he was a gentleman. Price match guarantee, free delivery, yada yada it was a pleasant buying experience. The delivery guys Jeff & Trevor arrived early and were very courteous… love the new Samsung. Great job HH Gregg West Boca I’ll come back for more.

Store selection of furniture and layout needs a serious upgrade! It’s very antiquated and archaic! I only shopped here as the sale on their Tv’s were irresistible. The purchase process was quick and organized. Management should definitely make some changes to selection of furniture and transform the store for a better layout design and maybe it will give the place some life.

Awful night How can a top notch appliance place not even have dryers not even know when they are getting them in not even guarantee a delivery Snd expect you to buy them they were clueless

Selection is definitely lacking. So is service. Employee greets you but doesn’t really know electronics. Tried to help, but I knew more than him and it wasn’t really very complicated.
Checked out the beds. No help. Laid on a bed for 5 minutes. No help. Tried another bed for 2 minutes. No help. Checked out adjustable beds. No help.
So, I went to heck out and mentioned that I wanted to buy a $ 3000 bed but there was no one to help me. You should have seen the look on his face. He offered to go back to the beds and help me, but it was too late!
The store looks like an electronics store, but they have furniture, appliances, beds and even umbrellas. I have to agree with others… weird-​ish concept. How do they expect their staff to be knowledgable about all that?

This was my fist time at an HH Gregg store and the experience was just… odd. They had a staff of 14 on the floor to service me and one other customer.
We knew what we wanted and picked it up right away. Their prices are competitive with BrandsMart.
I’m not sure if I’ll be back or not; not that they did anything wrong, it just seemed like an odd mixture of products and not a wide enough selection of those and other products.

Horrible customer service, sales people walking around looking at you but will not help.
And then when you actually purchase something, besides signing a credit card receipt, they also insist on signing another sheet stating that every thing in the box was inspected and works, which the only way I will know is if I take it home and connect a surround sound.
1 star is to much to leave! never again!
I’m back… funny is I had to go back and return it. Because it did not work!
What a waste of time… and the manager would not even try to help. just 20 sales guys standing looking at a ceiling..

Jason G is correct on every statement. It’s a clean place… an alternative to BB and Brandsmart. However, prices aren’t below them and there is NOT a huge selection here. It’s like a big Radioshack, but at least that store is more efficient. I have no idea why this store is in existance… shop online and save big bucks.

Truthfully I feel kind of generous giving this 2 stars. I hate to blast businesses, especially newer ones in my area but I have yet to figure out this stores’ purpose. It’s located where Bed Bath & Beyond used to be, so that gives you an idea of the size of this store.
It’s one gigantic store with absolutely nothing great inside. Small selections. Decent, not really great prices and way too much space and eyes lurking your every move. You walk into this empty store and you just feel half a dozen people staring you down like its a car dealership. The employees are friendly and I can’t blame them since I’m sure they work on commission, but they can’t even sell you on the reasons you’d buy from HH Gregg than say Best Buy or even BrandsMart.
Their prices aren’t that appealing. Their selections are limited and the store pretty much has no pulse. To be honest, I’m surprised they’re still open. I almost feel bad for the employees there like I want to pretend I’m interested but I just can’t fake it. After a few visits I have come to realize this place just doesn’t provide any purpose for my electronic needs. Prices are better elsewhere. Selections are better elsewhere and despite being attacked by the sharks at BrandsMart, I feel like their store as a whole at least has some purpose.
The best way I can describe HH Gregg is it’s like a party where you arrive about 1 hour early and it’s just you and the host engaging in really awkward conversation.

Big shiny brand new store!
So I walk in a few days before valentines day. I’m on the hunt for a slow cooker.
As I enter the store I cant help but think the place is set up like a garage /​going out of business sale on the very last day. Its sparce and looks like there isnt much in stock…
welp…there isnt much in stock. There are not very many TV’s, or major appliances. I’d tell you about the slow cookers except that there were none.
I’m sure this store is good for something, but it was useless to me. I gave it 3 stars because its a place to go when best buy doesnt have the item you are looking for. I wouldnt expect high quality but just think of this place as a Best Buy warehouse that will match the price and should never sell out because it doesnt advertise much.
