Louis Vuitton Boca Raton

I go to Louis Vuitton in the mall all the time. Although most of the time I go in just to look, all SAs treat me very well. They always offer for assistance and complimentary drink while I am in the boutique. My only advice is that you need to go during weekdays. On the weekend it gets super busy.

Take off point as customer service not good at this location

This Louis Vuitton is located in The Boca Town Center Mall. It’s bigger than the LV located within Saks Fifth Ave. I personally love their shoe selection and always seem to have the newer bags in stock. I love their customer service and have always been taken such good care of. Recently I went back because I was having a zipper issue with my Alma bag and without question they replaced my bag! They are so helpful and we are lucky to have a store like this within the Boca Mall.

5 star service, as you should expect with the price of this stuff. :)
We went in looking for a specific purse that they was sold out. The girl made some calls to see how quick they could get one. After a few minutes she comes to us and says «give me about five or ten minutes, I’m going to get one.» We were both a bit shocked, assuming she ran over to Neiman Marcus and got it. This was perfect because if I put too much thought into it I may not have made the purchase.
While she was gone I started browsing the wallets, she went over all of the different styles. Wallets, money clips, card holders, and so forth. I’m used to a money clip but have been telling myself I need to switch. Ended up with the card holder (matches my LV belt too!). Great job, wish I would’ve caught her name.

Drove up to Glades Road… headed West to the Boca Raton Town Center Mall to view and purchase the new season’s design of Men’s shoes.
2 Louis Vuitton stores in this beautiful mall… what??? NO MEN’S SECTION. I’m serious. If you need anything LV for Men… you have to head app 25 minutes South to Aventura Mall… So I did.
Just don’t understand the absence of a Men’s section with 2 locations in the same mall. Don’t men in Boca buy LV? Anyway…
Fortunately…driving to Aventura turned out to be a great experience… and from now on… that is our new LV store. 5 stars on a separate review for Louis Vuitton Aventura.

Great selection an excellent customer experience. They’re very helpful and had sizes and almost everything that I purchased. I would definitely recommend this Louis Vuitton store to anyone searching for that perfect item

The beauty of shopping at LV once in your life, is you continue to be a VIP forever.
I did make a trip to buy a specific item, and the service here was better than New York and matched Bal Harbours.
They knew what I wanted, my champagne was prompt and I ended up getting a little something for my sister.
I’m not a huge fan of the brand personally, but they do live up to their name and hype, that’s for sure.
PS — was anyone else confused with this past Christmas themed windows???

Shop here all the time, never thought to give it a review! Exceptional service, awesome stock and they always bend over backwards for me and my husband– I guess because we drop a ton of cash here– but no matter what LV store I shop at it always top notch!!!

Totally not stuffy and pretentious as you’d think. I walk up in here like Axel Foley at the Beverly Wilshire and still get greeted the same way as big Boca spenders do. In fact, I’ve been to other places that are a few tiers down from Louie and you can tell they’re sizing you up the moment you walk in. As if they don’t think you’re suppose to be in their store. Reality is, they’re working at the store and you’re not, you’re in there to actually spend money. Such a delusional state of one’s self-​importance I suppose.
Anyways, the Boca Louie store is great. The staff is very helpful, insightful and will do their best to make your stay well worth it. I’ve purchased a few things from them and every time it has gone flawless. One time I wanted a wallet they didn’t have in stock, so one of the employees actually walked over to Saks 5^th Ave to get one of their stock items to sell it to me. They’re also engrave items at no cost and usually provide an extremely fast turnaround time too. They always offer complimentary beverages while you’re waiting so no need to rush or feel pressured while you’re there.
You may be paying extraordinary prices, but class comes with a price. You won’t find this service on Canal Street, that I can assure you.

Love this store. Amazing customer service! I am always happy when I am given champagne while I shop! Then again, good strategy… get me buzzed and I’m much more inclined to spend more money.
