I came into matress firm on a budget and Peter, Josh and manager Kaitlyn went out if their way to make sure that I got the best matress to fit my budget. When people are that great it makes the shopping experience so much more pleasant .I would highly recommend Matress Firm. The staff in the East Boca store are awesome !

I bought a brand new mattress here! Got it delivered to my apartment and set up! Kaitlyn got me a great deal on a mattress that was affordable for me and also one to my liking. I have had it for a month now and I absolutely love it! I recomment mattress firm to whoever is looking to buy a mattress! These people really work with ya!

Kaitlyn was fabulous. I am the type of shopper that walks in, doesn’t like small talk, knows what they like, and hates upselling. Kaitlyn greeted me made me feel three beds called the color test (which is so convenient), found what type of bed I wanted in less then 30 minutes. She was so helpful with finding the right ways of payment methods through full payment or financing. Also, helpful in only showing me what I needed not what she thought I needed. She also pushed my delivery for the next day! Amazing! If you want to have a painless fast mattress hunt Kaitlyn is your girl. She is hilarious with a dry sense of humor and makes your shopping experience fun. This store is somewhere I will recommend to anyone who’s looking for a mattress. Thank you again Kaitlyn!

Recently moved to Boca from California and needed to purchase a new bed. Although I already had an idea of what I wanted the mgr, Kaitlyn, was very professional and not only hooked me up with a great deal but the transaction was quick and easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a mattress/​bed.

So my family was coming into town and we needed a new bed so why not!!! Sam and I met up for lunch and happened to see this Mattress Firm near Punjab restaurant in Boca Raton. It’s beside a Starbucks and if you happened to go to that Starbucks that day when we went here then you might have seen the weird couple (us) laying on the beds and acting like little kids.
I have to say the Sales associate/​manager Hung N. was amazing and so patient. I think my hubby drove him crazyyy with the obnoxious warranty questions… I guess better ask then be sorry. The beds have color coating on them which correlate to the fact if they are firm, soft, pillowtop etc…
Long story short we picked the mattress we wanted in less than 20 minutes. Sam started giving the details to Hung about how fast we needed it delivered etc. He gave the credit card and address. Meanwhile I was still laying on the bed we picked out. (Sometimes I just don’t have manners but that mattress felt so good… I was on the verge of sleeping but Sam kind of dragged me out of there when he paid for the mattress.)
The mattress came to our house in 2 days. I loved their prompt delivery, quality of the mattress, customer service of the associate. I would totally buy another mattress in the future for another bedroom from them. Great experience!!!
