Worst experience with a printing service. Where do I start… I wanted to print a simple document, a booklet. It took an HOUR, no exaggeration, a freaking HOUR to explain to the employees how to print a document. For heaven sake, hire people who know understand how digital software and printing work. We are in the 21^st century. One employee by the name of Tammy I believe, couldn’t even answer my question about paper sizes or if they had gloss paper. These are the basics of running a printing company! I finally had the wonderful opportunity to explain my document to a designer in the back of the store and within 30 seconds he understood how to print my booklet, go figure. After I wasted an hour. The plot thickens… after an 1hr and 15 min, Doug, the manager I assume, goes to get a quote. He also couldn’t understand how to print the document, which I questioned why he was given the task of creating a quote. After 20 mins waiting on a quote! He comes back with a total of $ 90.00 to print 20 color 11“x17″ sheets. I explained to him that can’t be correct, I’ve printed numerous times, I know. He was unprofessional and caught an attitude telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about. If you don’t know anything about printing don’t go there. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND! I ended up leaving with a lesson learned to never return and 2hrs wasted. ALSO, I went to another MinuteMan Press and had the same document printed for $ 47.00 GO FIGURE!

They are very fast, great quality work and keep you updated on the status of you order!

Minuteman Press was a big help in ordering wedding invitations for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. They have books with all types of invitations so you can actually see and feel the quality of the paper. Sharon Cain was so helpful and patient when working with me to make sure everything was ordered correctly. I highly recommend them when needing any type of invitation. I’ll definitely use them again.

I totally dig these guys as I never thought I’d be giddy about a printing press in today’s «paperless age», but 2 things are definitive: paper is here to stay, and this place does a superb job printing it. They’re also flexible and go out of their way for customers, the quality of their workmanship is flawless, and they’re always very nice and professional.
Every time I’ve stopped by here it’s alway busy and they’re constantly moving around — which is a good sign (no pun intended). The quality and design of their business cards were top notch — like nothing I’ve experienced. The cards I got were very solid, durable and clean. I got a couple of their calendars for 2016 and was really impressed with the quality and how vivid and clear they turned out. Some of the work I’ve seen with signs, photos, and other print projects looked so good that it’s hard not to utilize their services. It’s also revitalized my relationship with print and paper as I’m putting together a list of ideas for these guys to work on.
They’re also very honest and realistic with expectations. I’ve seen some customers come in with some astounding requests, and I’ve observed them patiently going over every detail w/​the customer to ensure they can delivery a quality product and meet the customer’s expectations. And if they can’t then they’ll be upfront and transparent about it so in the end there are no surprises. They don’t want to disappoint or waste anyone’s time or money if they can’t make you happy, they’re eager to please and that’s kewl beans.

They are a great company, I’ve used their services for personal, professional and volunteer jobs and they always are on time, on budget with the quality they promised. Locally owned too!

Although the people at Minuteman Press were nice, they could do better in following through with what they say they can/​will do. Don’t tell someone that it will take a week to produce when it really takes two. The client should not have to keep calling to check the status of an order. One would expect that Minuteman would call the client to let them know that the order is completed, especially after promising to rectify the previous issue of not having the order completed in a timely manner. What a shame.
