Mr. Prime Steakhouse

Wonder if they’re returning under the same name and ownership. All I can say is I’ll not return again with the same people. I came in for lunch and ended up returning my entrée. The food was swarming in oil. It was supposed to be fish and chips-​what it was was questionable. I never saw anything so horrible. I called over the mgr and he even couldn’t explain what came out of the kitchen. People… really please don’t come here… one has to wonder why they aren’t open until mid-​May-​sounds suspicious? I couldn’t write a comment without putting in a star so I was forced to at least give it one star-​not happily.

Went to go have lunch on Saturday march 19^th Place was closed we were there 230 nobody was around No sign why they were closed very poor business practice

Making it 3 ½ stars. I had lunch last Friday as they are the new Brazilian steakhouse in Boca and I curious to see what they had in store. This new restaurant has the custom décor of an American steakhouse with dark atmosphere, leather. At lunch they have a «All you can eat» buffet for $ 14.99. The buffet has salads, fruits, veggies, rice, beans, pasta, two types of meat, one type of dessert (flan) included.
It’s a quick option if you are in a hurry as it is all served and just waiting for you to pick up. The steak was very good. Service was nice and a little slow even though they were not busy. The buffet was good, but uneventful.
Overall it did not impress me or had me thinking returning asap… I will give another chance later on as they just open and are probably trying find themselves and understand the public they are serving.

already went several times to Mr prime and always surprised with the environment, atendinento and food. all excellent.
as I live nearby, I have chosen as my restaurant!
but unfortunately the public of it does not help. these old boring boca raton go there to be complaining about things completely without reason !
not know anything of quality food, naos know nothing about good manners, are extremely miserable and still feel the right to say something.
Congratulations the owners and staff for all they do and especially for putting up with this stupid old !!!

The server was very friendly, the food was just ok. Pricy. I hag the chicken francese. The first piece was good, but the second piece was flour tasting. The vegetables were not so great. And the mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant. The steak was pretty ok, but my husband makes a better one.

We got the top sirloin for two. It was recommended by our waiter. It was not good at all, very tough and fatty. This place is off our list
Plus, even with GPS it was very hard to find. Would not even give it the one star!

Just might be the worst restaurant in history. I thought we were being punked. Waitress was Zombie like, all orders were wrong… very wrong, and tasted like crap. 45 minutes for the food and the salad took 20 mins. bread was from frozen rolls, burgers pre formed, steak grizzly, and I could go on. HORRIBLE!!! THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE SUCH IDIOTS COOKING IN HIS KITCHEN.

I went for lunch for the first time, and they had the top sirloin special, it was absolutely amazing. I actually ordered a second one !
Service is super quick, very nice hospitable ppl, helpful and knowledgeable with the menu .
I will surely dine here again .
What a pleasant surprise this place is .
Meat is clean, and was grilled to perfection .

Start with the menu $ 27 for a 10 ounce steak.
The salad was a bunch of leaves… not sure if it was lettuce. Mango dressing was good.
Dinner was some type of filet parmigiana. This thin pounded steak HEAVILY breaded with cheese and sauce. I am still nasueas.

Awful service and awful food. When a 19 year old doesn’t eat his filet you know it’s bad.
The food was simply tasteless, and bland.

We went for lunch on a Thursday, come to find out the buffet is only available Friday-​Sunday. Lunch menu is kinda small but the food good and fresh. The staff is very nice and the service was quick but we were 1 of 2 parties so idk. Prices were reasonable, and its a lot better than duffys or brus room.

Delicious steak! My friends had trout and pork chops also loved it. Highly recommended.

Very Good Steakhouse in Boca! In a great location on Glades Rd. My Family enjoyed it very much and didn’t have to wait! The Picanhna skillet was terrific and we had two of them. The Staff was very nice and went out of their way to make our dinner special. The Unilocal reservation deal was also a very nice touch.

Ok service, food is horrible. I ordered a burger, other than the meat being tasteless and the fries were frozen it was dead raw.
It’s insane the server took it back after I had a few bites and they recooked the same meat. After I had eaten it they placed it on the grill where everyone’s meat is cooked.
They are extremely cheap people, you can tell from the low quality buffet.

Where to begin. I went with my wife and parents for dinner. When we first arrived we where surprised that the restaurant was completely empty. After reading all the reviews I figured maybe not packed but not empty. When we sat down I was easy and ordered a beer my wife ordered a $ 11 glass of wine. The waitress instead of saying OK, wanted us to try a cheaper «keg» wine. We weren’t totally sure about it so we asked nicely for just a taste. The waitress comes back with my beer and a FULL glass of wine, not a taste. My wife tried it and didn’t like it at all. We apologized for the inconvenience and asked again for the wine we originally ordered. She was nice and gladly brought it to us. I ordered a Filet, dad ordered the «cap» sirloin (just cause they didn’t have anymore regular sirloins) and my mom and wife both got the chicken francese. I hate to say this but the only part we really cared for was the salad. My dads steak was undercooked and fatty. My steak was under cooked and not tender. Not for a $ 30 filet. My filet could have been easily sold as a sirloin. The chicken was OK however the sauce was overly buttery and heavy. Veggies were ok. As we all left and walked out the door we all looked at each other and all agreed we weren’t ever coming back. For what we paid we could get a better steak at outback. And that’s not saying much. (No hate towards Outback). We really wanted to like this place just cause west Boca really needs some good new places. We also found it interesting that Dominic’s, which is right next door, was packed. Hmmmmm, so Mr. Prime was empty while the place right next door had a waiting list. That should tell the owners something is wrong. I do hope they can turn it around.

According to our son the Top Sirloin was very good. Wife says the Strawberry salad was very tasty. I decided to just order a salad because tge steaks were very pricey. And not knowing if it was good or grizzle i passed.

The Orphans found this place on Unilocal so we decided to try it out.
Upon entering we noticed that the place was very nice, clean and the lunch buffet was tasty. The service was excellent and very attentive.
So why only 3 stars?
The Buffet price on the menu and that posted on the outside window was priced at $ 12.99 but when we got the bill it was $ 14.99! When we brought it to their notice they immediately gave us a Senior Citizens Discount and re-​billed us at $ 12.99! (we may appear decrepit but our eyesight and brains still work!!)
Hence the loss of 1 star … we MAY be back!

Mr. Prime Steakhouse is amazing! I must say, their steak is 100% Fresh. You can tell by the taste and cut that they certainly do not freeze their beef. The entrée came with a salad. I suggest asking for the mango dressing. I ordered the Porterhouse steak which was cooked to the perfection of my liking. I also ordered Cabernet Sauvignon with my steak. Their wine brings the flavor of the steak out even more. For dessert I had their crème brûlée. Very delicious, but I like my top crispy. They should torch the sugar a little bit longer! Paired with my dessert was a café con leche!
As for the staff and owners they’re amazing! Fun, professional, and personable. Great steak with a Brazilian twist. I suggest coming here if you’re in the area!

Found Mr. Prime on Unilocal and figured would give it a try. All I can say is five stars all around, food was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. Had the NY strip and it was just wonderful. The service was spectacular, not a single thing wrong. Great meal and good people.

Was the first time I was here and I really liked the relaxed atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was really good. They have full table service at night but I understand that they have a lunch buffet during lunch. I will be back.

To summarize great Brazilian food, great quality, awesome taste and good prices.
Was there with the family twice, we will definitely become regular.

I order the piranha and Cobb salad. The steak was nice and tender. The décor is much nicer than the usual Brazilian restaurant. Somewhere between an upscale and a family restaurant. highly recommended!

I strongly recommend visiting this place– the service and the food was exceptional it’s a great atmosphere and very clean and family-​friendly. You definitely need to try the steak everything was delicious.
