I am glad I stumbled upon this place through Unilocal.Very cool décor and funky names for the menu items. Really the best down sandwiches! I ended up going during the lunch time so it was a 45 minute wait to receive my order. But it was so worth the wait. I had the Pineapple Express hotdog. I was in absolute heaven. There so many incredible flavors! It’s a must try!

Everything I have bought is great. The Goat salad is unreal, the sandwiches are fresh and original, and even the brownies are great. I’ll be back… weekly…

Munchiez has quickly become one of my all-​time favorite sandwich shops. At this stoner themed restaurant you can get some of the most creative and savory sandwiches, each aptly named after a famous pot head. While I haven’t powered through their entire menu yet, my favorites thus far have been the Bob Marley and the Willie Nelson. Whatever you get, be sure to grab a side of the Mac N’ Cheese; it’s straight up heroin.

I really wanted to say how wonderful this place is. Always a great and yummy place to eat. Not to mention their customer service is amazing. I haven’t been here in months and the girl at the register already remembered who I was. She even had the courtesy to even ask if I wanted to get «my» Bob Marley tea today. Never doubt what they recommend or the sandwich you decide on. trust me you will love this place.

How can one not love a place that makes fresh, delicious, fantastically named sandwiches or subs amongst many other items & is open until 3am? The décor is unique (like the menu), the staff is smiling & totally friendly even when busy. Walk in starving, walk out completely full… I get the same thing every time, each time is just as yummy as the last & at this point I eat there so much they know what I want when I walk in (it’s great especially b/​c my order is a pain. Lol). Def don’t miss out on the home-​made brownies either! Literally the best place to get a great bite to eat whether it’s during the day or late night!

Sandwiches are soooo good. You won’t be disappointed! The French fries are delicious. Good place for take out and they also have chairs and tables to eat inside.

Best spot hands down for burgers n fries near by FAU. Family friendly atmosphere and everyone there has a great sense of humor. The menu was hilarious and really made me more hungry. Munchies is def on point and I give it three thumbs up.

My love of Munchiez cannot be defined in words. I will bring anyone and everyone here. I would eat here every day if I could. Hell, I have literally skipped grocery shopping for a week and just gotten a sandwich, a salad, and fries from here and made it last for 4 days. This is hands down my favorite restaurant ever.
So many reasons why, but let’s go with ‘Top 10 Reasons Munchiez is the Best Place Ever.‘
1) Variety. One of the few places where everything I get is good and I crave multiple things off the menu. And while they definitely know when I walk in I probably want a Goat salad, I sometimes shift it up (or get the salad AND a sandwich ;)). There is something for everyone — from the people who like plain subs to the more adventurous combos like the Willie Nelson.
2) It’s filling. I never walk out not hungry. I usually walk out with half my meal for the next day. It is very, very rare I can eat it all.
3) A single order of fries can happily feed 4 people. A SINGLE ORDER. If you get it to go, it comes in a giant paper bag. And they are curly fries. And they are 80x better than the Arby’s one. And they are always fresh.
4) Quality. Their food is good, always fresh, and never questionable. I have never gotten browned lettuce, fatty meat, or something even slightly off here. I’m always more than happy with the fresh spinach in my salad or the perfectly cooked pork loin in the Mr. Nice Guy.
5) Convenience. Munchiez has it’s own parking and is not situated in the middle of downtown Boca. It’s easy to call ahead and pick something up if you are in a rush without worrying about not being able to find a spot. Even if you come in and order there, they are pretty darn quick considering everything is prepared fresh for you. (For me personally, Munchiez happens to also be located about a mile from where I live and 2 miles from where I work… so that is also a huge plus for me and me alone.)
6) The entire theme. It throws some people off, even some of the reviews on here seem to just dismiss Munchiez as some ‘pothead hangout’ or something. It’s not. But those people can stay away and those of us who love it can have it to ourselves. But, ordering the Bill Clinton, or better yet, the Jeffrey, is always enjoyable.
7) Hours. Munchiez is open fairly late, which is great if you need food because you ruined dinner, stayed out at the bars a little too late, or any other reason. On a Friday if I get home at 9:30pm, I know Munchiez will be open.
8) Speed. Similar to convenience, but not quite. Munchiez is easy to go for lunch and be able to be in and out in an hour or under. Probably would be quicker but I eat my salad incredibly slowly. We love being able to come here and know we won’t be trailing back to work at 1:30pm because the place was slow. Never with Munchiez!
9) Creativity. They have more than just meat and cheese on sandwiches. Their inventions are all delicious and different — you aren’t going to find a roast beef sandwich with curly fries and BBQ sauce on it somewhere else in Boca. In fact, this is the only place I really like sandwiches around. They really are unique. It’s one of the only places that I barely change anything about the sandwiches when ordering. I am the weirdo who gets the goat without chicken though.
10) ITS JUST REALLY TASTY. Everything is always ‘oh my gosh how is this just as good as the last thing I had’ tasty. I’ve never had something bland, under-​seasoned, or tasteless. Most everything I have had here — even the French onion soup — was memorable and delicious. Like I might be drooling while writing this delicious…
Basically, if I had a last meal on earth, it would be something (or everything) from Munchiez. Now excuse me, my lunch is waiting (and it’s half a leftover Goat ;))

Amazing food I’ve tried everything on the menu and haven’t gotten a bad meal yet but I highly recommend the Bob Marley sandwich the chicken is marinated in a amazing sauce over night and they grill it to perfection with a slice of ham cheddar cheese and homemade bbq sauce and pineapple chutney. It’s also a good idea to get a mac and cheese and a cinnamon cake to top it off. The owner and his staff are also amazing and welcoming and willing to customize your food or sandwich for you.

I love this place I always get the French onion dip sandwich and the sides are all incredible. Paired with Bob Marley tea. This food is messy but it is made with love and these guys really know what they’re doing! I recommend to all FAU students and anyone in the area of Boca for lunch. If you want something that feels like it was cooked right in your kitchen, this is the place for you!

Want something different, something genuine and not contrived?
Then may I suggest munchies. I try not to write redundant reviews but it’s hard not to hit the same pluses many others have.
I have popped in a few times as an option to the usual things out office gets for lunch (Chinese, Italian or sandwich lunches). Munchiez provides a different perspective in the area.
When you step in you may notice a few things right away:
More staff than customers
Way crazy décor on the walls, with a less than subtle nod to the sticky icky
A strong majority in the cooler of Bob Marley tea.
The menu is a fun blast of names from the Willy Nelson (one of the best) to the Bill Clinton.
May I add that there is tons of options here but the fries really are pretty good.
Service is crazy quick, and with a smile. Very awesome.
So if you want something quirky and good, tasty and fast, right off 95, Munchiez is a solid call.

I think this place is really great overall. We have had several items on the menu — chicken philly, regular philly, french dip, mac and cheese and chili. The chicken philly is very fresh and flavorful and if you get the 12 inch they cut it into two 6 inch subs for you which is really a great feauture. The mac and cheese is really creamy and delicious, a little overpriced for the amount you get, but worth it. The chili left a lot to be desired, no meat and more like the chili you would get on a hotdog, not my favorite item. Also, the french dip is really just philly cheesesteak meat so I would probably stay away from that item as well. The ambience is very simple and basic, it is a hole in the wall, they do not deliver which really is something they should think about offering as well. Overall pretty decent food and very close to my house so thats a plus for me.

This place is a true guilty pleasure… don’t even think about watching calories, eating healthy or being diet centric when eating here. I split the Willy Nelson, Pineapple Express and fries with a co-​worker. So yum with every bite… but frighteningly aware of how fattening. AND sooooo sleepy 10 minutes later — beware!!! Very heavy fare. But heck — you only live once… off my foodie bucket list!

I love the atmosphere it’s fun and exciting! All the pictures of bud plants and pro pot is a new thing and I love it.
The food is delicious, everything is made when ordered and you’re watching them make your food. I always get Philly cheese with cheese wiz. Best sides are cheese fries, and crack Mac. I don’t know what they put in there cheese sauce but it’s addicting. The noodles are boiled when ordered so everything is piping hot! I recommend this place to anyone.
The form of payment is the only bad thing I would have to say about this place. They don’t take American Express and the min on debit cards is $ 10.00.

You don’t have to have the munchies to come here! Clean open kitchen, happy and friendly staff, open late, and serve a great grilled tuna sandwich. Will definitely be back to try more. Also the décor is dated but fun. They should keep with it, but update it somehow.

If you’re a stoner or not. You need to come here! Yes the stoner décor is adorable (if your a stoner) the menu is adorable (if your a stoner) and the atmosphere is so chill and vibed out!
But even if your a alcoholic or a normal person you should still come around to this place! Their food is hands down THE BOMB. COM. This place should be mainstream and all over the place. Not hidden next to a fau store.
Never in my life have I ever felt so at home at a restaurant.
Let alone lets get the food! Never have I ever had such a soft and smooth tuna like I did in their sandwich. They aren’t lying when they say they have the best tuna! With a side of curly fries Ooh baby I was set for life! I got to the point where I was so stuffed between the tuna and incredibly chicken philly (details coming soon) I literally felt an explosion coming on! The chicken philly was packed with flavor! Ugh I wish I could just relive the moment I was there right this second and eat more!
This place is a hidden gem! Take everyone you know to this place they deserve the recognition!

Not a bad lil spot located on 20^th in between Boca Raton Blvd and Dixie Hwy. This neat little spot has a ganja theme and a chill vibe. We had The Willie Nelson & The Bob Marley sandwiches, and picked up the Stoner Mac & Cheese. Both of the sandwiches were good and also a pretty decent size as well. The Mac and Cheese was a total bust though. It was like it was straight out of the box and practically al dente. I would leave that item alone, but from the sandwiches that we had, we would gladly try some others on the menu.

I walked into Munchiez, with great excitement. I’ve heard about this place, no like really it’s the stuff urban legends are made of. Their menu consists of 420 jokes, inspired by famous musicians and films. Their food, even greater. I ordered a fresh 12″ Philly Cheesesteak with peppers and provolone. When I ordered I was solo. It was just me in the shop, and by the time my food was ready, there were literally 12 people waiting to order. Hype is everything folks, and when you can deliver you become a food god among men. This small weed themed sandwich shack is easily missed in a little strip shopping center. It was called dingy in another review, but I found it clean although containing few frills of a traditional restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive considering that you order at the counter. There are counters along one wall and the other along the parking lot windows. There were two small tables on the sidewalk. Our sandwiches were pretty good, but the fries (that some previous reviewers raved about) were frozen not fresh. To me that is a turn-​off with any non-​fast food restaurant. Go for the many interesting sandwich, burgers, or hotdogs… but only order the frozen fries if you indeed stoned. We had one of their homemade cinnamon coffee cake type squares, which was moist and tasty, with pieces of pecan in it.
This place isn’t fancy or particularly cheap, but the two sandwiches we had were enjoyable. I would go back.
