New Look Boca

All I can say is Excellent Excellent Excellent… Boca’s staff displays awesome customer service… Special thanks to Dr. Hamms who did my breast augmentation surgery so professional and Dr Hamms is excellent at his job. Just amazing…

This place is so TERRIBLE, I don’t even want to give it ONE star!
I had my earlobes closed by Dr. Hamm in the Boca office and he did such an AWFUL JOB!!! My lobes are now DEFORMED and have been INFECTED and BLEEDING since the sutures were removed by a totally inexperience young girl who YANKED them out. And Dr. Hamm didn’t even do all of the surgery… he only did one earlobe. A nurse (I assume that was her degree) was actually the person who did the surgery on my 2^nd ear. I hired a surgeon… NOT A NURSE!
After my initial appointment, the office was never even close to being on time. It’s been over 6 months since the surgery and I have been back 4 times because of the pain and bleeding and infections. I finally asked for my money back because I now need to go elsewhere to have my lobes reconstructed and corrected and have the infection treated. The office administrator said, «That’s not happening!» They WILL hear from my attorney! These people are CROOKS!!! Don’t let them TOUCH you!!!

I had a breast aug in January that ended up with two lopsided breasts as of May. I had revision surgery 7÷16÷14 and so far they look amazing. Dr Hamm did a great job on the revision and I couldnt be more happy. The owner even came in to speak with me when he realized how upset I was with the original aug. Overall the wait time at the office is a little crazy especially right after tax season and they are a little unorganized but total worth it in the end. The surgery center in Lauderhill was amazing and the staff were all super friendly. Again, I am very happy with the results and would have Dr Hamm do my surgery again anytime.
