O’Hara Pest Control

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I signed up for every other month service in April. They came back the next month without notifying me prior. I told them I did not want them to treat as they were a month early and they were very rude. I called and talked to Kris the manager who called me a liar about the driver being rude. I advised him due to his behavior and that they had showed up so early I did not want to continue with them. Kris became belligerent and stated I signed a contract and I was not getting out of it. I ended up having to end the call he was so unprofessional.
I called and talked to Alex the owner who stated I would not be charged and that Kris would be written up. That night my husband informed me that they had charged my card $ 350! The next day I tried to get ahold of the owner again and was hung up on several times by the receptionist! I have filed with the BBB and am disputing this with my bank. Small claims is next.
HORRIBLE COMPANY!

This company does not communicate with their customers about when they are coming to perform service, have showed up and not gone into the back yard because the dog was out, but charged as if the service was done; showed up and after my wife told them not to do service because the kids were swimming, told my wife they had talked to me and I told them to do the service (not true) so she let them in. The guy went in the back yard where the kids and the dog were, the dog bit him on the leg. First thing he does is call an attorney instead of filing a workers comp claim. If they had not lied and followed our directions this would not have happened.
Would never recommend Ohara pest control.

Horrible service.
