This restaurant is tucked away in the city of Boca Raton. When you first look at the menu, you would think the prices would be expensive l, but it is very affordable. I have spent more at panera bread for lunch and gotten less than I did here. If you are in the mood for noodles, rice, soup, or sushi, this is a great place to eat in or pick up. I ordered the spicy shrimp udon noodle bowl and the sweet and sour chicken bento box. In the bento box order, not only do you get a good portion of the protein you ordered, but it comes with rice, salad, beans, lo mein noodles, and a slice of orange to clear the palate. some people compare the prices to Pei Wei, but this place, I feel like has more flavor for the same price. My spicy shrimp udon noodle bowl has an equally balance of flavor; not too spicy but not bland. They give you plenty of shrimp and noodles in this soup bowl. As a drink, being a bubble tea and milk tea lover, I ordered the honey dew milk tea with the pearls. Tastes amazing and not too sweet. A must try for anyone!

I have been to a Bento before, and when I found out about this location, I was ecstatic. It has the same menu as the one in Orlando except the prices are much higher, while the portions are MUCH smaller. I got a create-a-don, which is typically $ 7-$ 8, but here it was $ 12!!! I figured if the price is higher, the portion must be larger, but it was the complete opposite. I have a small stomach, but the average person cannot get full from that entrée. I will not be going back to this location.

I think the girls at the counter are mentally challenged but I will definitely revisit this place because the food is really tasty and affordable. They have good kimchi. Their food isn’t overly salted.

The place is modern and very clean. I don’t like how you order at the bar though. A sushi place that charges this much should have a waitress come to your table for your order. The menu is long, so it can take a while to decide what you want, and in the meantime you are standing in the entryway. The sushi was very good although a little on the pricier side, and the rolls are fairly small. The lobster roll was very tasty. They had a good bottle of cold ginger sake which was $ 9. The girls that work there are very nice and were very attentive after I sat down. They brought my sushi to me and continued to check if everything was OK. I will definitely be back

Some things need to change to bump this place to where it «should be». 1. The menu is all over the place and confusing, especially since you have to review the menu whilst standing on line. Items on the menu like SPICYCREAM are actually sweet while Bulgogi is not sweet at all. If you know bulgogi, it is supposed to be sweet. Some items on the menu are not priced… 2. Ordering from the menu in line is an exercise in patience. I bet that good over well during lunch hour… Getting to the food, the Sushi Combo was ok. The sushi was a little soggy.(That’s The Mexican and Unagi roll) The Bulgogi Noodle Bowl was not sweet at all but the noodles and green onions where good. The Boba Tea is excellent and the saving grace of this dining experience. Cups are kinda small though. In conclusion, there are better places on the wasteland.

This place is really good. I always get the spicy creamy chicken. Reminds me of the bento café in Gainesville which I love. If you are a student you get a 10% discount also.

My husband and I love their food. We’ve had a wide variety of their dishes and have never been disappointed. The portions are generous, restaurant is clean and the people are friendly and efficient. Our orders have never been wrong and we always look forward to the next time. We order at least once a week, whether it be for lunch or dinner.

If you’re looking for a perfect balance between price and quality, this place hits the spot. I used to go to Beni Hana for their happy hour sushi specials, and Oishii Bento offers much better deals for equally delicious and creative options. I’m indecisive by nature, so even after glancing at the overwhelmingly extensive menu online beforehand, I had to take a couple(okay, several) minutes to try to make sense of it all, supplemented by much eye-rolling by my lunch date. This part was honestly a bit awkward — you sort of walk up to a counter to order, fast food style, then you sit down at a table and they run it out to you. Fortunately, the serving staff were SUPER helpful and pleasant, answered a bunch of questions for me, walked me through some of their most popular options, and didn’t mind that we camped out at a table beforehand to decide(rather than hovering at the register for 10 minutes). But whatever, 3 rolls for $ 11 bucks? I’ll take it any day. And this isn’t your mama’s basic tuna wrapped in white rice, either. They had all the pizzazz and glamour of gourmet rolls — think spicy mayo, avocado, crispy things, massago, eel sauce, etc. etc. They also had happy hour deals! You just don’t see this sort of thing in Boca. It’s unheard of. Will definitely be back soon.

Top notch service here — everyone working here is really helpful & friendly! It was our first time here, so it was a bit of a challenge to decide what we wanted to order for lunch from the fairly extensive menu. We had to sit down at a table and spend a while looking at all of the options before ordering, since orders are placed at the register in a similar style to Pei Wei. The menu is honestly a bit too big to make this an ideal ordering style unless you’re a regular who knows exactly what you want, but from the sounds of it they’re actually trying out a more traditional ordering style for dinner service. We got the 3 roll special for $ 10.99 and chose the Infinity Roll, Spicy Roll with Salmon, and the Crunchy Roll. All the rolls were good, but the Infinity Roll stood out as the best of the bunch. We also ordered 2 entrees; the Korean Beef Rice Plate and the Scechuan Chicken Noodle Bowl. Again, both of these were great — I liked the Korean Beef best of all. We chose to sit outside because it was a beautiful day, but the inside of the restaurant is new and modern. The prices here are great and the service is awesome, so this will definitely become one of our go to spots for sushi and Asian food.

The food is good, staff friendly, and the price is right; most dishes between $ 8-$ 11. You order from the menu at the register and they bring it to your table. It’s a few needed steps above Pei Wei. While not New York Chinese, there’s a lot of value here and I would give it a shot. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I hear the sushi is good too.

Food was better then service was definitely. We walked in and the situation to order was kind of awkward, but we figured it out. My friend wanted boba tea and they didn’t have bobas. Then we ordered. I ordered 2 rolls, one of my rolls had spicy mayo and one of them had eel sauce I asked that each roll come with both sauces… Instead I got two rolls with no sauce. I guess it was too complicated… I had the miso soup as well… wasn’t great, it tasted off. When I’m down there I would go back, but they could make improvements on the service aspect.

Pretty good. Fast service and price is just right. Food is decent for the price you pay. Mostly younger crowd and college students eat here. They even have a happy hour where all appetizers are half off! All I can say that it’s total.

Love this place!!! food is so good Everytime I go. It gets better and better! I love the Mongolian dish. I usually get the beef, but this time I got the chicken to switch it up. The udon noodles are perfectly cooked, and the sauce is perfect. The veggies are cooked well too. My bf loves the spicy shrimp udon soup. Everything always comes out hot and fresh! Tried the Boba tea tonight and it was so good! I’m an avid boba tea fan, so for a place to get it right is a big deal for me. Food is perfectly seasoned and sauced! Love love love it here!!! And location is good as well, especially for FAU students, who need to grab a bite to eat. Prices are good as well, and food isn’t too oily or greasy. Will be back to try the sushi soon!

This place is amazing. First time I went was because someone gave me a coupon and i just had to go. I was looking for a sushi place near FAU that was better than what I had before and I found it. The monkey roll and lion king rolls are my favorite. Their pad tai is also really good Everyone there is really nice, the service was great! The order is a little confusing if you’ve never been there. You just go to the register and order and then wait at your table. Overall great place. I’ve been there three times in the last two weeks

First time eating here. I had the Spicy cream chicken with white rice. Very tasty. They give you a good portion so you can definitely get full from it. The restaurant was very clean and organized. Staff was friendly. I got there a bit little so there was no crowd, therefore food came fast. I would recommend to others and come back for more. One thing that bothered me was that it was hard to find and literally was there but couldn’t find the place. So for those that are going there it’s behind the Italian place and across the blow dry salon, near Greenwise =]

The Korean beef tastes great. It actually seems somewhat authentic. The marinade is a slight kimchi flavor that really works. I haven’t had the sushi. The menu system needs work. It is really confusing. I also think having a cash register five feet from the entrance is going to inevitably cause problems if this place becomes popular.

Great lunch deal for sushi! 3 rolls for only 10.99! The quality of fish is not bad(but not amazing.) They also have a lot of other pan Asian dishes but never tried them yet. You have to pay first at the cashier then seat down/take togo. Saves your time I guess.

This is an absolutely beautiful Asian restaurant, that is a little bit confusing when you order for the first time, and the food is pretty average. I had dinner here when it was dusk and the colors inside this restaurant reminded me of a nightclub. The restaurant is new, so everything is über clean, modern, and very colorful(especially at night). The seating is well designed, the hanging lamps are interesting, and the bubble water display at the entrance all are interesting visuals. This place is sorta like Pei Wei, but a little more confusing when you order, as it looks like a traditional sushi restaurant where you sit down, read the menu, and order, BUT here you are supposed to enter the front doors, head to the right, read two different 2-sided menus, decide if you want Pan Asian or Sushi, order at the counter, pay, leave a tip even though you just ordered, get a number, sit down, and wait for the server to bring it to you. I picked up the two menus, went to sit down, read the very comprehensive variety of options, then walked back to the front counter to order steamed Shumai($ 4) from the first page of the Pan Asian menu and the Oishii roll($ 12) from the Sushi menu, and a Diet Coke. When I went back to sit down, a very friendly waiter offered me a Diet Coke, even though I was probably supposed to use the self-service fountain way in the back of the restaurant. The waiter also served the food as it came up, and cleaned the plates. Overall the service was excellent. I eat sushi a lot and usually go to the popular spots in town, so I was excited to see this beautiful place open up, but think the food was below average in terms of comparing this place to Sushi Ray, Bluefin, or The Sea. If you are not a sushi connoisseur, you will probably think this place is great and I will probably come back when I am in the area. The shumai was not bad, but sorta bland and needed some sauce. The Oishii roll is named after the restaurant and the first roll on the menu, so I guess it is their house special, but again, it was beautifully prepared on the plate and was decent, but not all that memorable. One small pet peeve was the drinks are served in cheap plastic cups that are served with the take-out tops on and a straw, which I thought was strange and I wish they were real cups like Pei Wei. My friend ordered the General Tso chicken, which is a favorite of mine, off the pan Asian menu, but the taste was also below average when compared to Uncle Tai or other Asian restaurants in the area. Overall, this is a really beautiful designed restaurant, with a menu that offers way too many options, and the food quality is sub-par for a South Florida sushi restaurant. The staff all were very nice, the food is displayed very well on the plates, and I hope this place makes it, but they need to simplify the ordering process and improve the taste of the final product.
