My husband ordered flowers from Petals of Boca. Completely DISAPPOINTING!
For $ 150.00 we received 6 dyed hydrangeas (looked like a cheap prom corsage), the arrangement also consisted of 4 red roses (tiny and petals were frayed), 3 teacup roses (of which most had black rotten looking edges) 2 orchid sprays (each flower smaller than a dime) the rest was all cheap filler.
I called and spoke to the manager. He was rude not at all customer focused. His excuses were «the roses are so fresh the «rot» is a protective petal. I asked why would they not be removed? He had no answer. I described the orchids, he quickly corrected that I identified the wrong species. The Halloween colored hydrangea he claimed were imported from Holland and what Petals Of Boca is known for. Really? According to whom?
Not only did we over pay for cheap greenery but also flowers of poor quality. I guess the worst part was the awful attitude of the manager. He was combative and rude. I would NEVER buy from Petals Of Boca again. As well, I would be embarrassed if this arrangement were sent to someone else. A word to the buyer you would be taking a very large RISK in relying on this company for any event.
In closing, I guess things can go wrong, people can be disappointed but the RUDE responses (from a manager) are what really made me realize what a terrible company this is.
Save your money this overpriced non-​customer focused business is not worthy of a sale.

Hector seems extremely inexperienced. Was very confused about my extremely clear request. He kept arguing my arrangement– how hard is it to just do what I request?! Very expensive– please go elsewhere. Wish I could say better things!

BUYER BEWARE THEY GO BY TWO NAMES PETALS DESIGN AND THIS NAME. Im from NY and needed to send a boutique to send a family member in boca raton and instead of a generic 1800 flowers i thought sending it from a florist would be better. I spoke with Dan on saturday and described exactly what i wanted. A dozen long stem red roses with sprawling greens delivered on monday between 8−10am. He promised that there would be no issues and it would be delivered on time. He would send me and email at the end of the day. Well by 1230 there was still no flowers delivered to my family member after a half hour of yelling and speaking with a hector and a nicole from the florist they finally got there flowers 2 hours late right before they were leaving while i was talking to the girl nicole. It wasnt even the style of flowers i asked for that was on their website that i discussed with dan. i will never use this florist again and neither should you. Their very UNRELIABLE !!
