This company is horrible and unprofessional! I had an appointment at 12:30pm and they never showed! On top of that, they had my number and never called to tell me they wouldn’t be showing up! This was a great inconvenience to me, because I had to find someone to watch my pets and because of all the prep work I did ahead of time (like moving items off the floor, couches, and furniture). They were extremely inconsiderate and I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone!

OZ Carpet Cleaning was friendly, efficient, and affordable. They were honest and practical with their pricing, rules and policies which were explained prior to services. I was satisfied with carpets and I received my full deposit thanks to the cleanliness of my carpets after their services. I would recommend them for future carpet cleaning services.
