Sadly, pretty much a time waster. Inquired about 2 very specific models including trim, options, and color. For one car, I even provided the dealer who had these options in inventory. I had done quite a bit of research so very informed on trims and prices. What I received was a price for a car with a cheaper trim. For the other car (the one for which I provided the dealer), I received an MSRP that was $ 2K higher than anywhere locally and for a different color than requested. For the latter, I can only assume he researched the wrong trim again. I don’t know if this experience was a result of their bad listening skills or lack of knowledge (I don’t think the gentleman I spoke with was trying to pull a fast one), but nevertheless, it was a waste of my time. More of an issue was that I was given a general idea of cost based on the invoice beforehand, and it was higher than the price I negotiated directly with the dealer.
I did add one star because this service might be helpful for uninformed consumers who are unable to negotiate for themselves (the response time was fairly quick) or perhaps those who do not want to deal with a dealership.

I did not know that buying a car online was so easy! Ask for Joe Cohen and let the easy and painless process begin.

Leasing a car can be stressful. I’m not one to write reviews. But for Prime I make an exception. We leased 2 cars in the last 2 months and both experiences were the best I’ve ever had regarding buying or leasing a vehicle. The cars were delivered to me in a timely manner and Joe made sure that both came with a full tank of gas. If you need to lease or purchase a vehicle this should be your first and only stop. I fully recommend Prime!
