Rabbit Floors

Not really what they seem. Big mistake on my 1700 sq ft of tile floor. High and low edges poorly installed. The wood install up stairs just OK, they installed wood on my stairs, they has nails popping through just 10 weeks later. Very difficult to deal with when he has to resolve something. In fact down right rude. Not mindful at all of his time commitment. Held my renovation up for over two weeks. Wish I had used someone else.

I’ve used Rabbit Floors for the last 2 homes I’ve had. My floors are magnificent and everyone loves them. Miguel is an expert who gets the job done. Sam, the owner, is also a general contractor and did a total remodel of my new home. He is a perfectionist who always answers his phone and is constantly on the job site. I highly recommend Rabbit Floors and SZ Construction.

The owner and his wife were very knowledgable about all sorts of wood flooring! They have every brand imaginable! I am very pleased about the installation and the installer (Miguel) was such a kind gentleman and installer. I would recommend Rabbit Floors to anyone I know for their flooring!

Excellent customer service. Sam and his wife were very warm and helpful. I have been coming back to Rabbit for 15 years now and have never left disappointed. I have read the other review and am shocked, I have known Sam and his wife for a long time now and they are the sweeties couple. I will continue to give them my business.

BEWARE! The lady that runs this store (the owner’s wife) is very rude. She laughed & told me that my $ 100 order was too small and that she deals only with $ 15K orders… She wanted me to pay a deposit up front with no idea when she will fulfill the order. The item was in stock in the warehouse attached to the building, but she refused to give me a date that she will cut my small order of 6ft x 12ft piece of carpet. I told her I would give her the full payment if she would simply tell me when I would receive my carpet. She tore up my order & asked me to leave her store! She was a horrible & a very rude person that doesn’t deserve anyone’s business. What she didn’t know was that I own a 5000sqft home & was in the middle of a renovation, looking for much bigger projects down the road.
The owner’s wife guaranteed that I will NEVER do business with them in future, and I will let everyone I know how pathetic Rabbit Flooring customer service is.
