Reflections Laser and Wellness Center

I had such an amazing experience this past weekend at the spa. I had my first ultrasonic facial and my skin never looked better after this treatment. I can’t wait to try it again! This treatment is literally just like having 3 microdermabrasions and not painful at all. I was very relaxed and almost fell asleep. I love how amazing all of their products smell. I didn’t want this experience to end! I would recommend this treatment for sure!!!

My husbands first appointment was sometime end of January 2015, the session was booked for an hour and he was in and out of there there in 20 minutes. Karissa (the girl who did the laser hair) did not know the price of the back of arms or back of neck area. Karissa stated she would text Janet and find out. After Karissa started doing Bobs back her cell phone dinged and she said «Thats probably Janet». Her phone was some where on the other side of the room and I asked the girl if she wanted me to hand her the phone. Karissa translated this to Janet as this: I got up and got her phone and looking at it. I never got up, nor did I look at it, I simply asked if she wanted me to get it for her which she replied no. However, this is what was told to Janet. At the end of the session Bobs back was pretty red (photo) the girl stated that was normal.
I have been using Janet personally for years. She has done my underarms, my chin, my lip area and given me facials. One would think that level of business would warrant a phone call to get my version before talking about me to other people based on a new employee complaint.
I then called the Boca office to try to transfer Bobs next appointment from the WPB location to the Boca location because of the fact I thought he was burned, and if it should be an hour long session and we were only getting a 20 minutes session. Janet then got on the phone with me and asked «What is the problem?» I didn’t realize asking to change locations was a problem… I explained I wanted to switch his next appointment to the Boca office and Janet said «I’m sorry, but we have no way to move/​transfer files» And when I explained that we were in and out of there in 20 minutes her reply was «I don’t think so sweety» which in my opinion is condescending and rude and implied I was lying.
His next appointment was March 14,2015 at 2:15pm. We showed up at 2:10 and I recorded me talking with the technician and a picture of my watch showing the time as 2:30, proving that we were indeed in and out in less than 20 minutes this time. I texted the video to Janet and told her I did not appreciate being called a liar. This particular session there was no red, in fact Bob said he barely felt it. VIDEO:
He had another appointment Saturday July 11,2015 and there is a different girl there. Turns out they had to fire Karissa due to her burning someone! The lady who did Bobs back on this day was questioning why the file has such a low laser number, Bob said he did not know. The woman said they needed more strength and took a full hour. She overlapped her circles, where as the 1^st technician did not.
Now his final 2 sessions was with Janet herself in October or November of 2015 and Janet (The owner) also asked Bob why the strength/​numbers were so low (apparently the other girl also used too low of a setting if the owner is asking).
Today is January 10, 2016. The hair on his back is exactly the same as it was before a single session. You can tell this because if you look at the area with the tattoo and the back of his arm, (those areas were never done) the hair is the exact same except one circle area above his tattoo in the middle. Bob called Reflections today and spoke with Janet, based on the fact that since the first one he got burned, then they next 3 were so low perhaps the can get those 4 redone. Janet tells him that its typical for a mans back to take up to 30 sessions!!! Bob even said «Did you say 13 or 30» and Janet said she just did her nephews and it took 30 sessions, but I can offer you the next 6 sessions at half off which would be $ 699.00 (the groupon is still available for 6 sessions for $ 295 for the same thing
) Bob said but that would only be 12, I would have to buy 4 of them on top of what I already bought and still not be at 30. Janet told him since he was older, it might not be quite that much. According to WebMD it should only take 8 sessions.

Fantastic place! Staff are wonderful and friendly.
Facility is super nice, comfortable and plenty of parking.

LOVE LOVE LOVE This place! I started going when Stephanie worked there and it was great and personal. When she left, the owner, Janet, and two other woman started running the Boca place. Janet may seem unprofessional and yes at times rude, but I always got the sense she was just under a lot of stress. Either way I’d always try to avoid her, she was always rushing. But the other two ladies, especially the younger one with black hair is phenomenal!!! She is beyond sweet and makes you feel so welcomed. Not to mention the results I got were great! I went from shaving my legs nearly every day to not shaving them for AT LEAST two months at a time and this was only after 1 or 2 packages. Like I said I love this place!

I’ve been coming to see Janet for over six months! They are awesome here. There always nice here, very caring and professional. They are tech savvy too which is great because appointments are emailed and texted for confirmation.

horrible horrible horrible! one woman working always 15 – 20 minute wait and never appointment for months! don’t go! many better places available!

I had a very good experience at Reflections Laser & Wellness Center.
I went for laser hair removal and found the staff both friendly and knowledgeable.
The technician asked all of the right questions, the treatment room was very clean and pleasantly furnished. I plan on adding additional areas for treatment in the near future.
This is probably the best value I have received on Groupon to date. I highly recommend it.

I was very pleased when Stephanie was working here. She made me feel very comfortable especially having a laser done In Private area. I liked my experience with her so much that I kept buying other areas to laser. I had 2 more sessions to go and I found out Stephanie was no longer there. I was highly disappointed because the new owner was extremely rude and nasty. She’s a very unprofessional woman and never made me feel comfortable. Terrible business owner and customer service Janet. She also burned my area really bad that it made my skin irritated for several days!
My friend that had gone there said she got burned there as well. Please beware and do NOT go here. Would highly suggest some other place.
