It is now January 6 and still haven’t received my order. I did finally get a response from them but only by sending a direct message to them through Instagram. They said it would be shipped that day and gave me a new tracking number. Now 3 days later when i track my package it says they have been notified electronically to expect a shipment but have not yet received anything to ship. Remember it was ordered with 3 day priority mail. We are about to be at 2 months. It is now Jan 15 I finally received one piece of my order that was placed on Nov 11. So it only took them 2 months and 4 days to get me one of the 3 items that I ordered. So I finally sat on hold long enough to talk with someone who was very nice and assured me the rest was on its way. Like stated before their company grew faster than they expected and they just cant keep up. I do really like their products good quality and good price and they are really cool. Hopefully they can get their shipping of orders figured out soon because they could be a great company but I’m still waiting after 2 months for my order that was supposed to be here in 3 – 5 business days.

Writing this while I wait on the phone. I was placed on hold over 5 minutes ago while originally waiting for 42 minutes. I ordered a door buster pack for my son on Dec 4th. I have yet to receive a completed order. The bracelet was wrong and there was never any indication that two of the products included were on back order. I have called several times and each time called, I waited over 30 minutes to discuss my concerns. Although the representative was extremely nice, their knowledge and ability to help was extremely disappointing. I was told that product would ship in full on my second call. I had to call two more times and to learn items were not in stock. This company also ships via the postal service and let me just say, you pay for what you get! Needless to say, I am not satisfied with this company and their ability to fulfill orders. I would look at other similar companies before ordering from Salt Armor. They most definitely cannot handle the orders that are made and is apparent they do not have the staff to support. Also, they charge you up front and not when the items ship! Be Aware! Kudos to Jose going the extra mile, not trusting the system, he physically acquired the shirt and hat needed and shipping today.

Worst Customer service ever! They do not answer phones. Do not return emails. But they sure post like the world is perfect! I ordered on December the 9th. Did not even receive my sons Christmas gifts. Still have not as of 12 – 27. This company deserves to be held in accordance with their customer service. Terribly. They do not deserve your money. Maybe the employees should consider wearing the mask so they won’t have to be known. Banditos is a great way to describe them. With all the choices I have in fishing gear I will NEVER use them again! Awful way to treat people around the Holidays.

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Ordered on 12⁄07. Wasn’t shipped till 12⁄18. I live 4 hours away. Should have shipped in two days. Sent basically an IOU stating that one of my items was back ordered. Waited on hold for 25 minutes before giving up. Wrote a letter requesting full refund. Never will order again.

Let me just start off by saying I rarely review businesses because I am a small business owner myself and would rather promote than bash a fellow entrepreneur. So therefore I base my rating with the most unbiased approach and treat this as professional as possible. I made a original purchase a few months ago which went extremely well. They shipped out within the specified time and loved my products. However the 2nd order I made was the complete opposite. I ordered Nov 10th and received it Dec 10th. I emailed the company Nov 18th to get an update status. They replied on Nov 30th with a tracking number. What they made me think was that my package shipped out on Nov 30th but the shipping label was printed on that date. It wasn’t in route until Dec 8th. Now why is that? Well I want to believe that this business has grown very fast, very quickly but can’t meet the demand of the customers. They use great marketing all over social media which has turned this company into a multi-million dollar business. However, they’re losing customers(as seen from all these Unilocal reviews) due to their prolonged product delivery. As for me, I did receive my package, I am happy with the quality, but will I order again? MOSTLIKELYNOT.

Wish I looked them up on Better Business Bureau beforehand Been waiting 19 days for my order and still have not received it. Sent 3 emails to customer service without a response. Called their Cust. Service line multiple times but I don’t have 2 hours to sit on hold. Whenever I call there is 20 to 30 people in queue. I also posted to Instagram and was told to DM them and never got a response to it. And when I post a complaint to one of their AD’s is mysteriously disappears. These guys have time to post deals and AD’s on Instagram but not enough time to fulfill the orders they have. It’s too bad because their gear looks nice, and I really enjoy their photos… UN-FOLLOW/UN-FRIEND Never again!

This is false advertising and possibly worst run company of all time. Somehow they have three websites and two emails but dont answer any of them. Ive been waiting three weeks on a 1st class shipped order! They have no customer service. 2 – 3 days for processing turned out to be 6… 2 – 4 days shipping was a joke. The tracking number still doesnt work and its been three weeks. Wish i never ordered. And they are advertising everywhere on the internet. Dont get scammed.

I don’t suggest ordering from them… unless you want your money stolen! My husband ordered close out items from one of their daily deals on the 18th of October. We got a confirmation email saying they got our order and to look for an email with shipping info… well that never came. Tried to email them and never got a reply about when our order would ship. Also tried to call, but no one answers and the inbox is full so you can’t leave a message! They are a bunch of thieves!

Finally received my order. I will say that each time I called customer service someone did answer pretty quickly and although I sounded very annoyed they were polite I plan on placing another order for Christmas hopefully if there are not hiccups I will change my rating to a 5 star. The worst ever. They deserve 1 star. False advertising. They do not ship your items in 2 – 3 business days. It has been over 2 weeks since I ordered from them. I emailed them serveral times to get updates and only got one reply saying my item will be shipped and they will email me with shipping info and this never happened. I emailed them to cancel my order. Nothing is happeneing. Don’t even bother calling them. No one will answer you. And no! there is nobody on line to chat with you. You will just get ignored. What a waste of time and money. I hope paypal will help me getting my money back.

Placed an order for(20) face shields on July 9, 201503:43PMEDT. I planned to take and share them with friends on a trip to Europe I didn’t leave for until July 30th.(3 weeks later). I returned from my trip on Aug. 11th to find I received only(3) on *Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 12:08 pm on August 11, 2015* — 4.5 weeks later. A note was included stating«Unfortunately, 1 or more of your items have been back ordered due to high demand. Your item(s) should ship within 7 – 10 business days. On Aug.12th(the next day) I received the rest of the order. Great… but way too late. Called customer service this morning and I’m CURRENTLY still on hold after 42m57secs. Not the way I want to spend my morning /time. Bottom line for me: bad communication regarding shipping /back orders and horrible wait time of 45+ mins. No items were opened so they will honor a full refund. **A very nice/helpful customer rep answered after 46mins. She said no prob for the refund and to simply write«I want a full refund» on the invoice. No R/A # or other info. And shipping is on me… which I feel is standard if you don’t order from Amazon. Changed rating from 1 to 2 stars.
