This company and store so not even deserve 1 star. Puchased a Bosch dishwasher from them on 2⁄12. Sales person was Lynn. They were more than happy to take my money for the product and installation but refused to help when the product was installed improperly. Save your time, money, and stress level and go to Home Depot and Lowes. Especially avoid Lynn. She has a nasty attitude.

A clean store that I appreciated. They have implemented member pricing now which saved my wife a couple of bucks. I’m a big fan of Sears as a whole and I liked this store. My wife found a couple of cool pieces that she found out at the checkout counter were even less expensive than she expected and it was a pleasant experience.

if there was a zero * rating sears appliance warranty center you’ve outdone yourself! why sell warranties on your appliances if you don’t stand behind them! i have been without a double oven since june 28th and you are still looking for a part that is not manufactured as yet!!! your warranty clearly states that you would replace my oven if unrepairable! is this the way you treat an old loyal customer??? the better business bureau needs to look into the way you handle your business!

I don’t know why this Boca town Center has bad reviews in my opinion it’s really great the staff was friendly today store was not as packed as last time and everything went great my only complaint is the bathroom it could’ve been cleaner

Sears has been on journey to retail irrelevance for years but now that the lawyers and cost accountants have ruined their all inclusive lifetime warranty on tools, they are hopeless. #fail on quality and customer sat.

Over the years I have come to trust Sears merchandise. Recently, I made several major purchases — in this case mattresses and adjustable bed frame, etc. The delivery was so screwed up that I had to cancel the order and shop elsewhere. I couldn’t even get a solid response from Customer Satisfaction. It seems as though Sears is re-branding itself to «Where America USED to shop». Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

3 Hours and 20 minutes for an oil change and coolant flush, with an appointment already set about 3 days in advance. Customer service at the desk was good, but the time it took to complete the job was unacceptable. Several times waiting in line just to ask if my car was ready. Even allowing for a full hour for the oil change and a full hour for the flush, we’re still over by an hour and a half, with no explanation. 2⁄10 would not go to this location again. Wasted morning.

Sear’s appliances are now what I consider disposal, 3 years for a dishwasher, I think not. Buy your appliances anywhere else. Sear’s customer service is even worse than their appliances.

Service at Sears is officially non existent. Do to sop there — don’t waste your money and o matter what DONOT Purchase a protection agreement for anything. They won’t know it and they won’t fix it. It’s all a ploy to get your money!

Don’t go here to buy a mattress. Why, you ask? Because you first have to track down a sales associate and when you do, they will politely tell that they don’t know anything about mattresses. The best part is that they’ll tell you that if you ask a question, they will use their trusty mattress book to see if they can answer the question. This is not the best place for the educated consumer. This is probably not the best place for any consumer.
