I was hesitant shipping my car for the first time. I called up many different companies and Crowley Transport was the most professional and informative. My vehicle was picked up and delivered without damages. My agent was very helpful through the whole process. Great choice I made deciding to use them.

I was a little nervous when I had to ship my mother’s car from her home to mine. There are a lot of scammers out there, but, Rey Velasquez at Secure Auto Shipping made me feel comfortable with choosing them. My mom’s car was picked up on time and delivered in the same condition it was in when it left her home.
I highly recommend using SAS and will definitely use them if I ever need another car shipped again. Thank you for making a difficult thing to do very easy!

It looks like there is miscommunication between Secure Auto Shipping and Pro Logistics Transport. I paid Secure Auto Shipping the down payment to get things going for my car to be shipped 2 weeks prior to sending my vehicle. Pro Logistics who was brokered by Secure Auto Shipping still had me paying full price of shipping my car on COD. I don’t understand how I am owing the full price of shipping my car when I already paid $ 250 of it. I would not suggest going through Secure Auto Shipping and Pro Logistics Transport, it seems that they need to work on communication issues. If you value your money then don’t waste your time and money on these two companies. The ²⁴⁄₇ customer service support also does not apply on weekends for both companies. I recommend looking at other companies and probing better than I did on the cost of shipping and what is owed on COD. When car is picked up to also make sure the COD price is the price minus the down payment you paid. Unilocal is not the only mode of communication about these two companies thank goodness so the word will spread. I hope you are able to make a decision better than I did and not use Secure Auto Shipping.
