I love Service Plus. I have been a customer for 15 years. The customer service has always been superior, and the owners are responsive and trustworthy. Equally important — I have never had a bug in all these years. They are pet friendly too, which is a huge plus! I love love love them! Highly recommend.

Very poor service! Owner fired the guy who did a good job first time, then he came to do a crappy job himself, while I was watching him. A lot of Italian blah, blah, and no quality. They don’t take credit cards. And there is nobody actually answering the phone, goes automatically to voicemail, and owner told me it’s set up like that «on purpose». I’ve canceled my account, «on purpose»!
