Dr. Robyn Siperstein and her staff were very compassionate and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I’ve seen her several times the past few years. I highly recommend.

Went today after receiving a registered letter. Told Dr Nestor I was upset with certified letter since I had responded through their online appointment portal to a call for a follow up with numerous dates to come in. Never heard from them as to seeing me in either Boca or Boynton office. No response from them. I work for a government agency from 8 am to 5 and they do not have personnel access to phone in that time frame. I expressed upset with certified notice for a routine checkup. Was belittled by Dr Nestor without any responsibility for their inability to set up appointments from their on line portal. I expressed my upset and she continued to agitate me. Did procedure but no info provided on what to look for and no paper for follow up needed. Totally unprofessional because I dared to question the need for the procedure. If I had not told her that she was upsetting me and would not back off I would just never seen her again. I’m paying I have the right to be respected.

Very impressed and pleased with this office. I went in today for some cosmetic procedures and on the way home told my friends about them. They called me before my apt to go over do’s and don’ts before my appt. The staff was friendly, very clean office, and the dr herself was amazing. Very informative — didn’t have the typical«dr attitude» where they walk in last min, do the stuff and leave. She was friendly explained everything, answered questions and even tried to work with my budget. So happy I found this office!

I visited the Siperstein location in Boynton Beach, FL a number of times and I’m thoroughly satisfied with Dr. Brown for her expertise and caring manner and Jennifer for a super duper facial. I’m returning this week for more treatments and look forward to a relaxing time. I would recommend Siperstein Dermatology to anyone.

The entire staff from Reception, Dr. Nestor her assistant Melanie and all staff that I interacted with were professional, knowledgeable and caring. What more can you ask for when coming for an appointment? All in all a wonderful experience that I will repeat one year from now., I will recommend your office for anyone desiring Dermatolgic Care with compassion and understanding. Great ingredients for success. Thank you. Marlon Jay Rostek

Very disappointing experience, made an appointment to consult with the doctor(Siperstein) about a filler, the doctor wont even give you the time of the day until you actually pay for the procedure, only the day of the procedure do you get to meet the doctor and she would examine you, you meet with a so called«cosmetic consultant«who is just an aesthetician who thinks she knows something about fillers, she has no clue and tried to push me into buying 5 syringes — I am in my 30’s !! I told them while make an appointment I would prefer a consultation with the doctor herself and they said this is their«policy«and the doctor might pop in, I asked this cosmetic consultant to bring in the doctor as well and she said she was very busy, I should’ve never wasted my time going there in the first place the other doctor I ended up using elsewhere took 15 minutes examining my face and did 2 syringes not 5! like supersteins lying consultant Ashley said . Use a doctor who is not all about money !

Actually I WAS a fan! Loved Dr. Siperstein and saw her several times with complete success. I trusted her. Now, I’m not so happy. She’s suddenly gone concierge and removed an appoointment I had with her from her schedule. They now said I have to see a Dr. Brown. Well Dr. Brown is not even listed in the office contingent of doctors, and I’m feeling that I was shunted to a newcomer who may or may not be a registered doctor, but a PA. I’m seriously thinking of cancelling this appt. and going elsewhere. It’s a shame that money has reared it’s ugly head in this wonderful practice. Maybe the money is now in Botox and spa treatments instead of dermatology.

Dr Siperstein is a fantastic dermatologist! She really makes you feel at ease when administering her treatments! My wife was scared to death of needles etc and Dr. Siperstein made it feel as if nothing was happening at all! We recommend her without reservation! Marina & Pasquale Catania

I have been to SOMANY dermatologists over the years and Dr. Elissa Norton as well as the rest of the Siperstein dermatology group have been the best by far. Their bedside manner is so incredible and the expertise is unparalleled. Dr. Norton remedied so many of my skin issues and addressed some problems that I wasn’t even aware of. She always took the time to sit down with me and chat regardless of how busy she was. The team was always incredibly helpful with figuring out insurance issues and filling prescriptions. I highly recommend them to anyone whether they’re looking to get help with a skin problem or get a little Botox or fillers. Love them and will definitely keep making the drive from Miami!

My wife and I were patients here for maybe a couple years. We just went for annual checkups and the occasional skin oddity. There’s always been two branches, one in Boca and one in Boynton on Woolbright Road, but recently Dr Siperstein built a new building out West and moved the Woolbright branch to Hagen Ranch Rd. Within the last few visits we started noticing problems. First my wife had some skin removed with their surgeon and it healed up awkward with scarring. I went after that and got treatment for some hives I had and it just got worse. I got a second opinion from another doctor and was told that what I was given would not help and that I should discontinue use. During the visit I also had a biopsy taken and it has since scarred up really bad. Most recently my wife tried to make some appointments and was told that there is a seven month wait to see Dr. Siperstein. We both prefer to see her as she is nice, professional, and has a confident, reassuring personality. What she was told is that other new doctors and nurses were available(newly brought on at the expanded location due to her increased customer base) and that the only way you could get an appointment within seven month’s time was to see them. This sounded kinda odd so she called the other location and they instantly gave her an appointment with Dr. Siperstein in the near future. Basically, what I think they are doing is distributing appointments out to the other employees. I can understand that if there is no preference, but not when there is a special request. They could say something like I’m sorry we have to distribute appointments, instead of making up something about backlog. Out of the blue we got a letter from their office stating that they will no longer serve us as patients. Very odd with forthcoming appointments scheduled and no notification of any problem — only thing we can guess is that they are upset we got an earlier appointment. I don’t recommend coming here, but if you choose to make sure to specify you will only see Dr. Siperstein, and then be prepared for a long wait or unexpected notice to find a new doctor.
