Anyone looking for a colorist Jessica Katz is the girl to go to. I have been going to her for over 10 years she is the best!!!

Phillip has been coloring and cutting my hair for many years. I am very picky with my hair style and Phillip nailed it, I love the cut. The salon is very well maintained and clean, the staff is very professional and well qualified. Phillip certainly keep the standards very high with exceptional services. And I love to chat with him, very smart, grounded, well informed, educated gentleman, we always have interesting chats about many different subjects. I highly recommend Studio Z!

I have been going to Phillipe at studio z for at least 10 years and have never had a better haircut in my life. He is an exceptional artisan and a fine human being.

I stopped here one day after driving past it … I’m so happy I did! Thank you Jesus! I found a hair angel! Sam was excellent– she gave me everything I wanted and even taught me how to re-​create the look myself ! She really took the time to get to know me and my hair needs. The staff was very kind and courteous and the salon was clean and welcoming! Will definitely be back and highly recommend

Jessica is the best hair colorist I’ve ever had! She is extremely creative and professional. She has a great personality. I have my haircuts done by Phillipe who does a great job. StudioZ is a very clean and professional salon.

My boyfriend has always gotten his hair cut at barbershops but hated the cut. I finally convinced him to go to a higher end salon to have his hair cut. I made him an appointment with Philip and he has been going back to him ever since! Philip was so good, he listened to what my boyfriend said he didn’t like about his hair cut in the past, and actually styled his hair which is what he needed! So happy I called them and so is my boyfriend. Thanks Philip!

I went to studio z based on the reviews.
I had my roots done by I think Jessica. Sorry can’t remember name. The color match was perfectly done.
I then had my long curly hair blow dried and flat ironed by Jimmy. He was very fast and I loved the outcome. Great personality too. I then had my eye brows shaped. Best job ever. Again I wish I knew her name. Very detailed and obviously takes great pride in her excellent work.
Unfortunately I don’t live here. Otherwise I finally found my go to salon.
Definitely give them a try. Happy customer.

Studio Z of Boca is the only place in Florida I will ever go for a haircut! This is a very clean and professional environment with a great group of people who always have a smile on their face. There has not been one time where I have left here not loving the job Mr. Sze has done for me. I have already told all of my friends about this awesome place so I figured the next best thing to do would be to write a review about it. I suggest that everyone get their haircut from Studio Z!!!

Pleasantly surprised by the nice highlights and blowout I got here on a trip to Boca. Herica, my stylist, had a great personality and did exactly what I wanted. $ 100 for a full head of highlights and $ 38 for a stylish blowout. Good deal.

Ron is hands-​down the best stylist I’ve ever been to, period.
I’d been pining for my old stylist through several moves (she moved back to Far Northern California, I moved to SF, then to Miami, so several mediocre stylists in the meantime), and was referred to Ron by a girl I met with a haircut similar to what I’d been looking for for some time.
I have straight blonde hair, and he gave me this amazing punked-​pixie kind of cut. He spent about an hour-​and-​a-​half cutting it (!), and did all the shortening by hand (e.g., no buzz cutters, all razoring by hand or with scissors). His mom was a hairdresser who used to do fun/​punky cuts in the ‘70s, and he’s totally second-​gen.
He’s very open to suggestions and hearing about what you’d like done, although I usually let him go on autopilot since I’m two-​for-​two on great haircuts with only minor direction.
The best part is that, when he’s cutting your hair, you can tell that a) he loves what he does, and b) he’s having a ton of fun doing it. Win.
Technicalities that are nice to know:
— plenty of parking, although I swear the drivers are trying to demo derby their way out of the spots (they seem to back out in pairs aiming at each other … beware! =P)
— easy to get to – u-​turn on glades to get back towards the shopping center and it’s toward the back
— they take credit cards, but not for tips (cash only), but there’s an ATM nearby
— a shampoo/​scalp massage/​condition + cut came out to $ 80, before tip
