I never really liked tea, but after going into Teavana and trying different samples, to my surprise I was able to find a tea that I actually like. I always get the wellness tea blend, which is great for if you’re feeling a cold coming on. As soon as I drink this tea blend I feel better. Even if you’re not a tea person, the people at Teavana will help find a tea for you.

This is one of the best locations! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Their store is always clean and they have many samples to taste. Also it’s right in the middle of the mall, across from Bloomingdales and Godiva. Yes, their teas are pretty expensive: $ 3.30 for a cup of green or herbal tea, or even $ 5-$ 6 for a cup of oolong tea or other more expensive tea mix. However, I love Teavana teas! I think it’s better and healthier to drink some tasty tea than Godiva or Starbucks Frappuccino that is soo unhealthy and kcal full! My favorite teas are: Orange Blossom, Pineapple Kona Pop, Fig Rose and Berry Kiwi. They also have great selections of green teas and white teas. I do dislike the fact that they are opening that huge jar of teas in front of anybody’s noses… They could have learnt an idea from David’s Tea in Canada where only small side of corner is specially designed for sniffing purpose :)

I’m sorry to anyone who has spent money here, but this is not real tea. Yes, technically the leaves of the tea plant exist in some of their concoctions, but this is nothing more than sub-par crap blended with flavorings, branded, and sold at exorbitant prices to the unknowing masses. Unfortunately I cannot recommend a quality tea house in South Florida, because there are none that I know of. Do not give your patronage to this business. For those complaining about the price, real quality tea is expensive. You can expect to pay at least this much at any quality tea house. The problem is, this is not a quality tea house and they do not sell any quality teas.

The tea here is really tasty, but it’s just so expensive. Upwards of $ 4 for a single cup of tea is just ridiculous. I’m sure most of what you’re paying for is the brand.

Super pricey teas — but free samples.(Try the Pineapple Pop Roiboos over ice). I wanted to get an inced first-flush darjeeling — but a small was over $ 5. No thonx! Meanwhile my 8 year old loaded up on free samples of pineapple pop.

I received a gift from this store and each time I went home and opened the box the glass either had a piece missing or was broken. I’ve been back to the store three times now!

Okay, the location sucks because you have to fight mobs of people just to make it to the store, much less trying to walk inside as they are consistently crowded(not a bad thing for business). Slightly overstaffed in the sense that every 2 steps you take, someone new asks if they can help you. Being said that isn’t always a bad thing. They sell tea, teapots, tea stuff, tea lots of TEA. They also make tea. I highly suggest the Youthberry.

This is a great place for tea and as the others have mentioned awesome samples! I pretty much only go here for the samples but have actually bought the Peachberry Jasmine Sutra Green Tea($ 9 for 2oz). I asked for the cheapest green tea and got this lovely one with pieces of strawberries and peaches in it! Also the next time I went in deciding to get the nice stainless steel tea measurer the same man who sold me the tea was there. Since I had to wait for about 15 minutes while the girl in front of me was deciding which tea to buy for her friend as soon as it was my turn to pay for it the man told me it was free. This is the only place I’ve been to where because I had to wait so long just to buy one item(there was only one line/cashier!) I got it free! Great customer service! Highly recommended for the knowledgable staff and of course free delicious tea samples!

I love the samples! Prices are a bit high but you do get high quality tea. Agree with Victoria R., the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The truly interesting story are the kettles for sale… Priced high but per Japanese culture, they are built to be passed down from generation to generation… how cool would that be?! I’m pretty sure that would be my sole purpose for purchasing a set at said price… Anywho, the teas are great! I love stopping in and seeing all the different flavors!

This is one of the best stores EVER !!! Can’t go wrong with anything in here. Awesome to give for a gift and even better to buy for yourself. Where else can you buy things by the OZ and half OZ without getting crazy looks.

I used to buy tea from this company quite often. I never saw anything organic in the store. Most of the samples they give away are too sweet. The teas are overpriced. I buy all of my tea from Whole Foods now. They’re less expensive and the quality is MUCH better. Rishi Tea is probably the best I’ve found so far.

I’m with you all the way Victoria! Teavana is great! I usually visit this location when I’m in the area hanging out with my family who live in Boca. This location always seems a lot more crowded than the one in Aventura Mall, but it could be that I’m usually there on Sunday afternoons — prime Mall time! Despite the crowds, the staff is very friendly, and they’ll help you get the perfect tea(even if you don’t want the expensive stuff hand-picked by monkeys!).

Love the concept. Love the tea. Love the store. Yummy tea and staff if friendly and informative. Located in the Town Center mall across from Bolufe, between the food court and Bloomingdales. Some cold tea drinks available too!
