Tesser’s Deli

Worth a visit, the owners John & Val, make you feel welcome upon arrival. The pastrami was excellent, not chewy or fatty like many other places. The tuna salad was a very nice surprise and let’s not forget about the rye bread and bagels which are made on the premises. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I 1000% recommend this deli. We trusted them to cater our large lunch on a Monday afternoon and they delivered exactly what we ordered and ten minutes early. They even wrote names on each lunch selection which made it easier to pass out and start enjoying the food. Valerie and her husband care so very much about the customer that they take extra steps to make sure they get your order correct and on time. Luxe Magazine will be back.

Decided to eat here from Unilocal reviews and were not disappointed. Service was excellent. The portion sizes were amazing and the bagels were fresh. My daughter declared the bagels were the best ever! The deli omelet hit the spot. Home fries were great. We will surely be back!

Best sandwiches in the area!
I love V&S Deli but it’s just so chaotic. This is a small diner/​sandwich shop with a great friendly staff with the best sandwiches and salads in that area. They are huge, stuffed with meat and cheese, and so fresh!!! I would recommend this place to anyone for a great lunch.

We found Tesser’s Deli through Unilocal and are very glad we did. The food is wonderful (don’t miss the fresh baked rye bread) and the service is great. We’ve been back a number of times. It has become our «go-​to» breakfast place in Boca.

From the reviews I read I expected better but was totally disappointed. My omelette was under done and you could taste that the eggs weren’t fresh. I will continue going to First Watch.

Love this place! The staff and the owners are so nice! They serve breakfast and lunch and the food is always consistent.
The rye bread and bagels are made in house. The homemade cream cheese is amazing ! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

My go-​to place for breakfast and lunch. Very fast service and excellent food. Breakfast specials are very reasonable. But all the menu items are cooked exactly as ordered. Hard to find a real deli omelette around here but they have it. Could not ask for more. Highly recommend.

Food was really good but prices were high for Florida. $ 2.29 for regular average coffee for a breakfast shop is insane. I would highly recommend this place for the food but stop at dunks to get your coffee first.

The best breakfast I have had in years. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and cooked perfectly, the pancakes were light, and the coffee was fresh and probably the best I have ever, yes, ever had at a restaurant. The staff were friendly and the place is absolutely spotless. This is my new go-​to place for a bite to eat when in Boca.

They have the best fruits and vegetables here! My Greek omelette was delicious, and came with a fresh bagel and grits, for under $ 10!!! The staff is super nice and on point. I highly recommend!

Just popped in for a Cobb salad and what A Great spot! Place is very clean and nice and staff is pleasant and very accommodating! Salad was fabulous! Definitely will be back for breakfast and corned need!

Walked in and was quickly greeted and told to sit anywhere. Friendly smiles fill the room.
Our server came over and we let her know our dietary restrictions. She was quite accommodating and made enough recommendations for us to choose.
Coffee was excellent! Since they didn’t have my non dairy milk I just drank it black. It was delicious. Nice strong brew! Didn’t even miss the coconut milk.
My daughter and I shared a huge chopped salad with an order of French fries. My husband ordered the vegetable wrap and MORE fries. Food came out fast, fresh & delicious. I loved the walnuts in my salad! Definitely added a nice touch!
Staff came around to check on us a few times. Very attentive & charming.
She even brought over a plate of pickles shaped like a heart! Love the kindness & sense of humor!
We will definitely be back. If you happen to pass by hungry, stop in and indulge in deliciousness!

The best Deli ever… corned beef, pastrami, brisket, roast beef and rye and bagels are great… the owners, John and Val, are very customer oriented and nice and appreciate he business…
The store is a hidden gem, in Publix shopping center by 74 st on N Federal Highway…
The service is great and the prices are very reasonable…
Plenty of room to enjoy your meal, not squeezed into some table, and no long waiting lines…

The staff takes this place up a star — very friendly and looking to please. They were out of my 1^st choice for a side, but brought an extra helping of my 2^nd choice to make up for it.
I had a turkey reuben, which was large and tasty. Everyone else’s food that I saw looked tasty and properly ‘deli’.
Got some chicken soup for my sick wife, but she prefers Poppie’s soup. Other than that, no issues.

First time to visit Tesser’s. Went for lunch. Requested a deli meat platter without bread… no problem. They were very accommodating. Food was fresh and delicious. Will definitely go back. Staff as good as any in this neighborhood. Will reckoned them to all my friends.

Had a great lunch here! I’m from NY and was so excited to read about a legit deli near my job! I was greeted by a super friendly woman who was just so proud of the food. I’m not sure if she’s one of the owners, but she told me that they were from Queens and Brooklyn.
I had a corned beef and pastrami on rye and a side of fries. Everything was delicious. The meat was cut super thin, almost shaved. The rye bread is made in house and just wonderful. The fries were super hot and crispy. When I left she said «I know you’ll be back» and she was right! I will certainly be back!

You would think it would be so easy to find good deli in Boca Raton (practically the 6^th Borough)! But, it is quite a challenge! So, with a hunger that could only be satisfied by corned beef, I hopped on to Unilocal and saw Tesser’s! Every review was glowing! The reviewers certainly did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the service was awesome, and the corned beef was incredibly delicious while also being lean. Also had to try some matzoh ball soup even though it was 90 degrees out today and indulge myself with my favorite deli treat… a Doc Browns Black Cherry!!!
Will be coming back here for sure, I hear they have great breakfast!!!
