When this spot opened years back, I didn’t know how it was going to go honestly. I was shopper at Heritage on Federal next to the Duck. I’m dedicated to the spots I shop. I was hesitant, but kept coming back because each time it just kept growing, and more heady glass kept appearing. My. Colombian restaurant next door closed and The hookup was my only reason to be in this Plaza, and I have never gone back to Heritage, I don’t ever go to Greatful Js. The hookup has a great staff that don’t act as cheeseballs, don’t make you feel dumb if ya have questions. I spend a lot of time here and have heard many things go off and everyone is satisfied. Awesome Grassroots collection of hats, usually all the the limited edition ones. Peep the instagram, they will ship if needed and are willing to help out anyone. Open till midnight is a huge plus, second location in Coral Springs as well. Jah bless. (sorry for the story) I guess you can say I support the hookup 110%.

I’m very pleased with the customer service provided by the employees at The Hookup, they were very easy to shop with. There are probably 6 shops like The Hookup closer to my home but I’d pay more and go out of my way to not deal with arrogant customer service reps or places selling off brand products for over the cost of name brand, much to my suprise the guys at The Hookup gave me a better deal then i would have received online. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been in twice for small purchases and both times it was such a treat. The guys that work there are extremely nice, funny, and helpful. I’ll definitely be going back and look forward to doing so. They have such a great selection of literally anything that you could possibly need. Awesome place, awesome experience. Definitely recommend.

So 3 months later the owner of The Hook Up got into contact with me, he was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to replace the shattered nail free of charge. I will start shopping here again :)
