ups sucks assbarf. i am waiting all day for my package to come since ive been tracking it for about 6 days now. come delivery day im sitting here sweaty as balls from the gym and not showering because i dont want to miss the delivery. by 5 oclock its not here so i call 800 number they have no answer for me. «oh it should be there soon». i repeat this process about 3 more times even speaking to the wonderfully helpful live chat representative TWICE that told me absolutely nothing. it is now 830 pm and i just hung up with the 800 number again pissed off out of my mind because they apparently have no explaination on why my package isnt here. not only that, they wont provide me any compensation whatsoever. screw ups to hell and i swear im never using their services again for their lack of customer service skills and ridiculous circle answers. oh yeah and now i have to pray to god it comes monday… (todays friday)

This UPS is very friendly and helpful! They provide great customer service and are very quick! They make it easy to send off a package! The store is small, but big enough for you to bring any size package you need to send out!

This location works with AT&T U-​Verse when returning their equipment. I walked in and was greeted by a woman. I handed her the paper from AT&T and the modem I was shipping back.
She entered all my information in and handed me the receipt. There wasn’t much to the experience here. The lady was nice and the location was convenient. I was in and out within minutes.
