I have used this company several times. Each time it seems the «tech» found something that increased his price. The last time they did work on my reverse osmosis system they tightened the filter housing so tight my husband could not unloosen them to replace the filters. We never had a problem opening them before to change the filters. They are not supposed to be that tight and should be able to be unscrewed with the wrench that is used to loosen the filter housing. When I called about this I spoke to a very nasty person named Paul who wanted to charge for a service call to loosen the filter housings. I am not paying them do undo what they messed up. Do not this company. Putting my reviews on Angies list.
My neighbor used them also and felt ripped off by the tech.
