I did NOT have any work done, but I DID call to request an estimate on two (2) windows that we have issues with, in my home. I was told (over the phone) they are ONLY interested in giving estimates and doing a job that has AT LEAST four (4) windows.
I think that’s something that should be stated in their advertisements and on their website — it would have saved me MY wasted time AND theirs!
