I love this yoga studio. I love how they play modern music and the atmosphere is great. I would recommend to anyone looking for a hot yoga studio in boca. Rob is a great teacher that is super motivating. Love this studio!

I have only been twice so far. They have a $ 40 special for two weeks unlimited to test it out. Studio is hot. Instructors seem very good, in yoga shape and are into the entire process start to finish. Noticed they have a class which offers babysitting at various times. I don’t have a full grasp of the schedule and class variety yet. Sign up process is simple. Bathrooms are super clean and large with showers which is really good to have. So far this place has shown to be a legit yoga studio with dedicated staff and similarly dedicated clients. Good location too.

I love this studio. Thuy has a phenomenal class with awesome music and high energy but with enough soul to keep me inspired. She gives great anatomical cues and even sings if you’re lucky!
