Awful. Guy doing my manicure cut me three times yet managed to still leave complete sections of cuticle untrimmed. I walked out after the third cut. Beware!

Made a reservation one month in advance for 6 mani/pedis for a bridal party & bride. Called twice to confirm that all 6 could be done at the same time. Our appointment was at 10, girls arrived separately within 20 minutes of each other. Because of this, we knew it might be delayed. First girl to arrive asked to wait for entire party before moving to the pedi chairs. The associate told her she could wait in the massage chair and still have everyone together. Once all girls were there, we were told that 3 must wait 20 minutes to start. The male manager sitting in the front & every associate we dealt with was EXTREMELY unhelpful– and rude. Telling us we were difficult, for wanting to all be together on our special day. Our party was not accommodating. So disappointing.

Most unprofessional business I have ever stepped foot in. My little sister went in with me to get a mani pedi while I ran to target and everything was good. When I came back from target her nails were the color she wanted(pink) and her toes were orange! We have a wedding to go to tomorrow and that’s not acceptable! Why would you do two different colors when we handed you one! When we brought it up VICKY sat there and argued with me and her manager saying she’s not fixing it that we need to pay for the color change! Her manager even told her to fix it! You will never see me near this business again.

I love going here. Everyone is really nice. But the only one I let do my nails is Mary. Mary is the best.

Very very clean. That’s what I love. They don’t just sanitize tools in mystery water, they use brand new unopened sterile tools for everyone. Reasonably priced, decent wait time. Walk ins accepted

Been coming here for a while now. I like it. I wish they had more of a gel nail polish selection but the ladies are friendly & the price isn’t too bad.

I always take my fellow Unilocalers reviews into mind when visiting a location for the first time. That said, I know there’s always three sides to a story and after being referred here by a good friend I decided to give this, previously one star, establishment a try. We had an appointment and even though they were packed, they still got us right in(which is not always the case even with an appointment) so I was quite happy about that. On top of that they had two chairs right next to each other, which when a salon is packed is not always the case, again regardless of appointment status. So right off the bat this salon deserves more than one star in my book. That said, the massage for the pedicure was minimal and nonexistent for the manicure plus they didnt buff the unpolished nails. But they had massage-back chairs, the service was quick, efficient, the price was right and the staff was just as friendly as they needed to be for the venue. If you live in the area & want quick, inexpensive 3-star service then check out V nails.

Wow, I will never go back here again, regardless of the fact that I could literally walk to the place. I came in a couple of weeks ago to get a french gel manicure, a recently developed habit after I discovered how long they last. They usually last about two weeks. Not here. My gels were peeling after TWODAYS. They all peeled off in three. It’s never that easy to take gels off, usually you have to get them removed. Since $ 30 is exactly cheap for gels I of course went back to explain what happened. I initially went in for a refund because I did not want to get the same product and two days later have them peel again. The lady at the counter convinced me that another girl would redo the whole thing for free. I agreed, assuming I would at least be getting what I paid for. First of all, the first time I got them done, they looked OK. The lady didn’t speak any English so I couldn’t communicate to her what I wanted. She was nice and thorough but it really doesn’t matter because they all peeled off in days. When I came in and spoke to the lady who promised me the free manicure(I’m assuming the«manager»), she was not happy at all that I was back. It was nothing but dirty looks from there on out. By the way, this is one of those nail salons where they talk to each other from across the room(in Vietnamese in this case), and I am almost 100% sure she was talking crap about me because of her hand gestures and dirty looks. She sat me down at a small table attached to the front desk. She did not even file my nails! My nails were all different lengths when I came in. The manicure looks ridiculous, all she did was make the french tip really thick to compensate for different length nails. She didn’t soak or cut my cuticles, nothing. She just started applying polish. I knew there was no point in saying anything, because she would have just argued with me on it. She would also leave leave while my nails were drying under the UV ray, and when the machine would beep I would have to wait for her to come back whenever she was done with what she was doing to continue my manicure. On top of that, she was rough and would just tug at the finger or hand she was going to work on next. I felt completely rushed and uncomfortable. Aside from her being totally rude, the place is dirty and the equipment they use is really outdated. The UV light machine they use to harden my gels was ancient, and I had to keep my hands under there for a really long time, which burns your skin after a while. Plus, she didn’t even let me do my fingers first, and then the thumb to ensure it hardens evenly. Just made me put my whole hand in there at once and I had to try to move it around to make sure my thumbs were covered. Overall, this was a completely missed opportunity. I do not understand why she would even offer the free manicure if she was going to treat me like crap and do a terrible job, because now not only am I never going back, but I just have to let others knows to beware. This place is totally not worth it, I know they offer cheap services but the service and product is absolutely terrible. Big waste of money. Since I had to actually start the business in Unilocal there are no other reviews, but they can be found here:
