I went in to ask some questions about a new phone I was considering. The salesperson was not friendly and bordered on unpleasant. She never smiled or seemed remotely interested in my business. The only question she asked was if I was a Verizon customer, which I am and have been for many years. She reluctantly showed me a demo phone and basically discouraged me from making any changes. I’ll visit the store near my home and see if they have someone who is better equipped in service and sales.

Just had probably the best customer service experience over at this Verizon Wireless Store. My phone had a cracked screen and wouldn’t even turn on. Leo provided me with a temporary iPhone on the spot and was extremely innovative and creative in arranging for me to get a new upgrade plus a discount on my future phone bill’s by $ 20. Couldn’t of asked for a better outcome! Thank you Leo and the rest of the guys at the North Federal Highway Branch. You restored my faith in humanity! Thank you again!!! Best, Jason

Horrible service. What a scam ! I would give 0 stars. Brought in our iPhone cuz it would not charge. The associate it was the battery and it would take 2 hours to fix. Gave him another contact number to call. We did not hear from him so we came back in 1.5 hours. When we walked in the store, he said it was not fixable and the only option was to buy a new phone. He said he called us but got voicemail. If that was the case why didn’t he leave a message or text us. It was a lie! Tried to sell us a demo phone for $ 400. We got the phone fixed somewhere else for $ 60. It was a bent prong on the charger. These guys suck. Do not recommend

I feel compelled to warn you to stay away from this Verizon store. When my senior citizen Dad went in for a new phone, a female associate, sensing his lack of knowledge, first tried to sell him an outdated iphone that is worth less than half the retail price. When he balked at an Apple product, she brought out a returned gold Galaxy. When I arrived and told her I knew what she was doing she clamped up and said she was out of stock on the phone he wanted (he didn’t have any preference). I took him out of there and had a much more professional experience at a nearby Verizon location.

I had some of the most amazing service i have ever experienced with cellphones sales at Antonio’s shop. Both Antonio and his workforce were outstanding in knowledge, cooperation and the ability to make me feel good about my purchase. Thanks Antonio for all the help and I look forward to future business!
