The actual technicians are great, but in general admin process is very slow. Be prepared to wait 45−1hour to get into the exam room.

The front desk and billing staff at this place have zero sense of urgency. Billing alone took 45 minutes to verify insurance and sign documents. While signing billing documents, the billing staff took 5 phone calls. If you have to come, make an appointment and try to get your insurance documentation done beforehand. The X-​ray technician and service manager were nice which was a relief.

If you have to get medical tests come here! The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and efficient. They are always on time and will put you at ease. I will have all my testing done here from now on.
