Office environment is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy to schedule appointment and my usual wait time is no more than 10−15min.
I had no problems with them running my insurance & i believe they are very reasonable on pricing!
Doc is easy to talk to and is very informative & thorough on my condition.
Very trustworthy!

I got something in my eye and went to the hospital. They told me to go have my eye looked at by a specialist. I found the West Boca Eye Center online and went in not knowing what to expect. Everyone was so nice, one of the girls even came out to give me numbing drops in the waiting room. They made sure I was comfortable and the doctor saw me and gave me a drop that healed my eye within 3 days. I went back for my follow up and scheduled my yearly exam with Dr.Bellotte.

I live in south Florida, but I travel for work so it’s hard to make an appointment I am able to keep, West Boca Eye Center worked me into their Monday schedule when I got a stye and was in so much pain. Dr. Bellotte and his staff were all so nice and efficient. I will be returning and I will most definitely recommend this office to friends of mine.

First of all, they are not optometrists, they are ophthalmologists, and they will use this as an excuse to bill you more. We have vision coverage and when my husband went in to have his eye checked for a possible piece of dirt, instead of just saying we are not in your network, they made up some story that because they are ophthalmologists our plan does not apply. Instead of just initially having the doctor look in my husbands eye, they had a tech take pictures and do other tests, all for the doctor to enter the room for 1 minute, to look in my husbands eye, say look left, look right, okay nothing there and leave. And then of course they have to put it through medical insurance instead of vision insurance so they can get paid more.
