Excellent quality with extra touches like better hangers and collar stays. They even remove the tags!

«Every time I visit I find the staff to be cheerful and helpful. In that I drop off my items off on my way to work and pick them up on my way home I appreciate their being able to get me in and out in a reasonable period of time. Other cleaners I have frequented have sometimes returned my items with a bent sleeve or collar, this has never been the case at Wooven. I am recommending them to anyone looking for professional service at a competitive price.»

This company/location is the worst«so called» dry cleaners — with the experience with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. When Wooven was brand new I made the mistake of trying out their service because I had been using the old cleaners, at that location, and had been doing so for a couple of years. Just like everybody else — I do not like change, therefore it was easier to continue using this location,(even though it had a new owner). The girl working behind the counter was a great sales person and told me all about the owner, the concept and the company. She convinced me to BUY A MEMBERSHIP and I would receive a 10% discount on all my future cleaning and alterations. I paid this MEMBERSHIPFEEUPFRONT. As a business owner, I would have been elated knowing that I had just secured a brand new LOYALCUSTOMER for years to come. The first time I used them was to clean the armload of clothing I had just brought in. What a disappointment. The clothing was all hanging in nice, thick, white, expensive looking bags when I picked it up. Once I got home and took the beautiful thick, white bags off, the clothing did not look like they had been cleaned. They looked more like they would look if I ran them through the dryer with a dry cleaning cloth. This I do all the time to refresh my cleaning. It cost me $ 52 for something I could have done myself for $ 2.(I did not realize that she did not deduct my 10% membership fee). Not learning from my first experience, because I had not seen my clothing yet — and because I really wanted to continue to work with the same location I was comfortable using — I tried one more time. When I picked up my cleaning; I had my favorite knit skirt in the car. I brought in the skirt and showed the girl behind the counter — and told her how much I loved that really expensive skirt. It had a lighter colored spot right in front. I was thinking about trying to get a black dye or some type of coloring to darken that one area rather than just throw it away. Thinking they might possibly be able to do a better job than I could — I asked her if she thought there was a chance they could use a dye or marker or something to darken that one dime size area on the front of my skirt. She advised me that she thought that they could. At that time, I was very clear that the skirt was clean and I did not need it cleaned; I asked her to just submit it to see if they could do something about the spot only — and if they could not, just return it with no other service. They were supposed to call me and let me know either way. They did not. I picked up the skirt a week later and paid a $ 12 fee. When I got the skirt home it looked EXACTLYLIKEITDIDWHEN I LEFTIT. I had a nice cleaning charge but the spot was still there. I was livid and immediately took it back. The same girl was very rude and arrogant with me — advising me that they would not touch it. Okay, so why charge me for the cleaning? Her answer was«that’s the way it is.» I demanded that they give me my money back as well as my MEMBERSHIPFEE be returned. She refused! Even when I said that I was going to report them to the BBB she was flippant and did not care. I was totally screwed over by this wonderful, green, hygienic cleaning new Woven Cleaners. Not only will I NEVERGOBACK to that cleaners, but I have told everyone who works in the shopping center, as well as anyone I can possibly make aware — including the BBB. They definitely do not care about customers. Since then, I have heard bad reports back from others who have used them. BEWARE! I never say negative things about anyone or anything because I believe in Karma. This is all about the general public who will get cheated like I did. All they had to do was refund my money. They defrauded me and will continue to do the same to others until someone cares enough to wake them up. Everyone deserves to be aware when they deal with this business. I may be wrong but the girl led me to believe that it was one owner of one corporation who had this new cleaning concept, all new to the USA.

Terrible service and overpriced. They were extremely unhelpful with clothes«lost» by previous owner. Refused to have manager/owner call me. Charging 2−3x more for same services.

I had a cotton trench with leather sleeves and no one could help me with cleaning it. This guys did! Picked it up and dropped it off. Great service, fair price.
