Not really Mexican food, but more Cuban, and the owner is a egotistical jackass ! Food truck, bad to eat at unless day is perfect weather, not me anymore

Driving down Bandera Rd.(right next to Sonic)and saw this tamale food truck, must be my lucky day. This food truck is by Chilitos Latin fusion catering restaurant in Boerne, which I have never been to. But nonetheless, the promise of a good tamale instantly caused me to salivate. They have 3 different types, and you have to buy by the dozen. I got there around closing time and they only had classic pork and cream cheese jalapeño. So being the traditionalist I bought the pork. It had a good flavor but a bit dry. While I chomped down 3 tamales while sitting in my car, another lady pulled up. I shared my opinion with her about good but dry. She told me it’s hard to find a good tamale in Boerne. If I was in the area again I would come back and try one of the cream cheese varieties.
