I give this place a 5 stars!!! Through the basic things I learned at this treatment center I was able to have a second chance at life. It’s been over 5 years since my stay and the trajectory my life has seen since leaving only continues to go up. The staff truly care about the clients and provide a unique and loving healing environment. While I was unsure of the Texas hill country location (I’m more of a beach individual) I saw very quickly that everything is bigger in Texas, including the hearts of everyone in this community. I’d highly recommend this facility for any woman that is struggling.

I give this place one star. The staff are all recovering alcoholics and addicts which you would think would help them to be better mentors but that is not the case. The ones in charge really should be on medication they would flip out on the residents for things like using the wrong rag to wash with. They were not accommodating at all and since most people are paying around 500.00 a day to be there I think they should treat their residents with a little more respect.
It’s basically aa meeting after aa meeting. The counselor is more concerned with how your sex life is than where you are in your recovery. I would not recommend going here for treatment or even considering sending a loved one here.
